jack euclid 15 Share Posted June 14, 2020 (edited) What it is: This group is a new GOI in town of OvisCity full of civilians with some type of weapon, the group has a structural ranking hierarchy system and only the most loyal of members get a place at one of the high ranks. This group literally hours ago sounded like not such a bad idea to me when it first occurred but 1 comment reminded me how oh so wrong I was, I didn't have high hopes for the first idea so I am gonna add new stuff with some useful tips and ideas from the commenter. Why it isn't bad for the server: This new group's idea used to be Allah Gang but someone told me a much better idea and backstory so that it actually makes sense and doesn't sound very mingy. Main goals and why it came to exist: The backstory in how it came to exist sounds simple but sort of interesting in some ways, a small group of 5 Class-Ds escape the high-tech top secret underground SCP facility leaving behind some horrible memories of temporary friends dying, unforeseen horrors that could have awaited them, etc. They escaped with many Foundation files and saw their secrets that they definitely weren't authorized to see. The leader was the one who suffered the most, constant hate and harassment from the guards, horrible cell conditions, and many threats to death, the leader long before he became a Class-D was wrongfully convicted of a crime he didn't commit and was sent straight to death row, the SCP Foundation however offered him for just a month of hard and dangerous work and he would be set free, his expectations did not help him. More and more people were told about what happened by the 5 members and more people joined it. Would OvisCity be full of civilians plotting their revenge? The Class-Ds will also get more people in it by having these specific jobs, one of them would be infiltration and to kill foundation administration staff etc. How you know I'm not gonna make this group mingery: I really like roleplaying on this server, I think this group should be serious and not most of the time just joking around. A little more on the story: The Class-Ds as soon as they escaped also received some comms and were hidden by the Chaos Insurgency when they told some people about the Foundation and why they hated them, the CI then gave them weapons and clothing including some shelter too, of course, they had to be interviewed by the top of the top of the hierarchy of the CI, they exchanged goods for more information on secrets. Hierarchy and job ideas: We could have the highest person in command to be the Orange Rebellion Leader (lv 40 and 1 slot job) which would be a WL job, there could also be the Negotiator (WL, lv 35 and 1 slot job) who talks to and makes deals with other GOIs for Orange Rebellion's causes and maybe trade goods like anomalies etc. There could also be the Infantry or Troopers (lv 20 and 4 slot job) of the group who would be the lowest ranking members of the group who would be equipped with standard weaponry like SMGs or maybe rifles, there would also be the "Leakers" (lv 30 and 2 slot job) who would leak information of the Foundation to people of OvisCity so they could get more people to join their cause, I know this sounds a little far fetched but maybe the Leaders could have SWEP or get a staff to give them a life-long job in our cause, if they die then it will be removed, they could become up to Cadets only though if they wanna join our cause. There could also be the special force of the Undercover Operatives (lv 35 and 2 slot job) or something that raid the Foundation just like CI Spy and steal important files or documents and maybe kidnap or kill high ranking personnel or administration staff. These jobs are just a temporary idea me and a friend of mine have had and hope it sounds good. Class Ds if they get to the surface and escape would be known as "Refugees" and will get promoted to Trooper for 1 life. These are the rank ideas from lowest to highest in order: Cadet, Senior Cadet, Officer, Chief Officer and Leader. The ranks are kept short since it would just be too much, I mean CI have only 4 ranks for all their WL jobs, unless they changed it. Me and a person called souldestroyer005 would be willing to make the application templates as well. I do hope you will consider making this an official group, if you don't think it's good then I understand, it is after all a random group made by a player in the server, not many people will probably care about this group, after all, some or more GOI or group suggestions that are more RP than this were denied instead of approved, so I don't actually have high hopes for this, all I ask is that the people who will vote no for this, can you just not be mean, and also, try not to be "too" honest about it, thanks. They can tell you this themselves. In fact, if you still don't believe me, check out on steam how many accounts I own, it's either 1 or 2 I forgot but I am sure I only have one, it would make a liar and a cheater if I did use 3 accounts, that can be proven by checking. I would recommend telling them to make a forum account and link their steam on it. It just looks way to sketchy and I don't think votes of guests matter on any type of application/appeal. [W-G]souldestroyer005 11 Share Posted June 14, 2020 Why not rename it as 'The Rebellion' or something and make it so that t is a group of d class that managed to escape and have made a secret group that are basically the underdogs to the CI but are friendly and are able to get guns and hurt the foundation, basically there would be 5 classes, the leader, the negotiator, the attack squad, the info spreaders (like reporters but for the foundation), and the refugees/converts who are all able to raid and attack the facility but the info spreaders and the the negotiators stay on surface and keep doing the things they do, the info spread rumors and facts about the facility to guide people towards it, without giving away too much, then the negotiators are the ones who make deals with GOIs and make sketchy deals with the facility that are most likely going to be broken in the near future. The attack squad is made up of 6 people who will raid the facility with weaker weapons or weapons supplied by GOIs and will help raid with the CI, basically as an extra added force, the refugees is made up of d class that made it up and are converted to 'The Rebels' and they help the attack squad and the CI as well, civilians can also join, then the leader makes the plans and preaches about the times in the facility and will hype up the group about attacking the facility. The group can name themselves whatever they want since it is a bunch of people with barely any skills but know how to kill and be vicious, so not a meme group but more of an inexperienced battalion that has some that are smart, some that are savages. jack euclid and Max Livio 1 1 Link to comment

It is so literally CI. Just D-Class that have escaped with guns that raid the Foundation (Which is something already possible to be done on the server). You describe them being conscripted into CI. They're goals are as you present them. - Infiltrating the Foundation - Kill/Kidnap Foundation Administration - Steal information - Use anomalies to their advantage - Conscript people The exact same goals as Chaos Insurgency. They also have the literal same jobs. - Orange Rebellion Leader (Identical to CI Administration in every way) - Undercover Operatives (Identical to spy in every way) - Trooper (Identical to Operative in every way) There are also other jobs, which can mimic other jobs and can also be done by CI. You have stolen CI in every way but it's shitter. You've made a Chinese Replica of it. Maybe if it first started out being called "Allah Gang" and a meme group, then it isn't such a great idea to continue on it. Those 2 Guest accounts are while not proven Alt accounts, certainty present themselves as such. But, since no confirmation can be yet made, I'll ask Hierarchy to check the IPs of the Alt accounts to see if they match up with anyone else's.
