In-game rank (VIP and 501st SGT): Platinum VIP and I am a GC Colonel.

 

Have you got experience in staffing RP servers: No. However, I know the basics of ulx  

 

Age: I am 16.

 

Playtime: As this is being written it is 10 weeks 3 days and 8 hours. (As I am writing this)

 

Predicted time on server per week: Due to the schools/colleges being shut down I can average 10 hours a day so around 60+ hours a week. 

 

Warns/bans: I have one warning for micspam and one ban for LTAP. The warning was from SOD Vlad in 2018 for mic spam. The ban was from 2017 for LTAP from 38th Commander Sesh. The warning was because I had a broken microphone and it made a horrendous noise when I tried to speak. However, the ban was just plain stupidity from 13 year old me. 

 

Do you use a microphone: Yes I do and as far as I believe that it is good.

 

What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: I hope to achieve a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone on the server. I want to help new people when they join to ensure that they come back.  

 

Why do you stand out among other candidates: I would say I am active enough to be able to balance my Clone/Jedi jobs and staff job if I got in. I also see myself as a non biased person which would help in dealing with situations where you know the people involved. I also don’t hold grudges if I fall out with someone I tend to make up with them or I avoid crossing paths with them and let time fix the issue. 

 

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): I think I should be picked for staff since I have been on the server for quite a while. I can also promise a decent amount of activity towards the server in general. As stated above, I also have a positive attitude and have no problems listening to people's problems. I would like to help new players find their ground in the server and for it to be an enjoyable place for them so that they come back, hopefully inviting their friends, and enjoy the atmosphere of the server. I really try to help and work hard as I possibly can, as you can see in my career as a member of Green Company. For example, I stayed at one rank for several months and I still stuck with Green Company. This shows that I am dedicated. As a staff member, you should know the rules relatively well and I believe I have learned them in my time on the server. In the previous question, I stated that I am non biased which I believe is a good trait for a staff member as you may need to answer claims against your friends, which I would be willing to do. Finally, I can control my mood relatively well so no matter what has happened during my day I put it behind me and do my job properly. 

 

 

Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: I understand. I agree with this. If I’m not good enough I should be demoted so that I don’t cause any issues. 

 

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: Nothing really. Staff is an OOC thing. 

 

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: I would inform the server hierarchy about this and explain why I did not meet the requirements whether it was because of a genuine reason or I simply forgot. 

 

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: I would just attempt to fix any issues me and the other staff members have. If nothing can be done I would avoid this staff member and inform the hierarchy not to pair us up for anything. Although, I don’t really have many bad relations with many on the server but as I said, I will do my best to amend them.
