 I joined the server on 18/08/2021, I have not taken any breaks.

 I use Teamspeak very often, I use Discord very often, I don't really use the Forums often.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

 I would ask the Player for the name of the person who is randomly killing. I would then check logs if he is randomly killing, and bring him into a sit punish with warn or ban (depending on the situation). If the Player was lying I would warn him for lying to staff.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 I would get a Battalion to get any NCO+ to the cadet area to train cadets. If there are no Battalion on I would ask any NCO+ to train the cadet.

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidentally shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 I would ignore it and let Battalion or CG handle it but also tell him to point the weapon down to avoid accidentally shooting someone again.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 If I am on duty I would not do anything as it is an In-Character thing. If I was on my In-Character I would handle it accordingly In-Character.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:

 Depending on the person if he is new I would inform him about it and how FailRP is where it dose not make sense from a realistic standpoint. If he is constantly doing it, I would punish accordingly to how serious it is, and let him know that he should use common sense for non listed situations as said in the rules and it is also up to staff member to decide.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

 I would explain what he did wrong and let him know why I punish him for what he did. Also let him know that he can appeal if he has any issue with the punishment given.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

 I would like to be a part of the staff team to help enforce the rules and make sure there are no minges. I would also want to be part of the staff team to help out the server however I can. I also have past experiences as a staff member from other communities and I think that I would be able to use my experience to handle situations. I also want to join the staff team as I think I would do a good job as I would not be biased and listen to both sides. I would also like to be part of the staff team to make more friends and get to know more people on the staff team. I feel that I am mature enough, and I would do things with professionalism, so I think I would make a good staff member when it comes to dealing with situations.
If I were to be accepted I would try my best to be as active I can be to the server as I have free time. I would also try my best to be on duty most of the time when I am on and making sure that no one is minging or causing any problems. If I were accepted I would help anyone who needs help or if they have questions I can help answer them if I can. I would also dedicate most of my time to the server and staffing as I quite enjoy it. As I live in a different time zone sometimes it would be hard for me to be on at populated timing. I would still try my best to spend at least 2 to 4 hours daily and at least 5-7 days a week on the server. If I were to be accepted to the staff team I would never abuse my powers or my rank in any way or form. I would be able to do my job well as I do know the rules and I know what to do and what's right and what's wrong.

The Application:

• Pros:
  • You have a high in game play time
  • You are in the High Council - showing that you are trusted with both power and responsibility, as well as dedication
  • You have had staffing experience on other G-mod servers
• Cons:
  • Besides your experience as staff on different servers, nothing really stands out to me. You say a lot of generic things like not abusing your power and being active
  • You are quite repetitive when answering 'What makes you better than the others' 
  • Time zone could make getting claims difficult, but you haven't had issue with getting to a high IC rank, so fair enough

• Cons:
  • Unfortunately I do not know you well enough to further comment on how I think you would do as a member of staff
