 I have joined the server in 07/07/2022 and i did not take any breaks since.

 I use Discord and Teamspeak 3 everyday and Forums Once in a while

State the role of staff on the server:

The role of staff is really important in every server. The role of Staff is to ensure that the server is running smoothly without any rulebreakers and punish the people who are breaking the rules. The Staff take claims to ensure that players are having a good roleplay experience and having fun.

 Yes, I have read the server rules and i am familiar with the rules.

List of all previous server staff experience: 

I did not moderate any Garry's Mode servers but i was a staff member on a Discord server for 6 months. Started as moderator and was found worthy of Head Moderator after 2 Months, After 5 More months The Manager resigned and i was given the position of Manager. The server was deleted because of the owners personal reasons.

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?:

 Yes, I fully do understand that i can be demoted at anytime.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: 

 I firstly would teleport the person who made the RDM/MRDM claim, i would ask the person who was RDM/MDRMing, Next i would spectate the suspect and check the logs if they have committed the RDM/MRDM. If they are found MRDM/RDMing i would teleport that person and tell them what they have done wrong after i would warn them for RDM and teleport them back.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 First I would teleport to that person and tell them i will be getting a trainer for them, i would ask the Battalion if they can send a NCO to train cadets and if no one volunteered i would say in ooc that "i will be teleporting a random NCO to train cadets if no one volunteers" and if i do not get any i would teleport a random NCO to train the cadet

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 I wouldnt do anything since it was a accident but if he continued i would take action.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 This is only a IC situation so i would let CT #### go on his way.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

If they have commited FailRP they should be warned either way. I would tell them what they have done wrong.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

If this happened, i would tell the person why was he punished and if he did not agree i would direct the person to the forums

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

Personally i think would be a great addition to the staff team, i belive that i stand out because me being really active on the server and playing at least 5+ hours a day and me being trusted by many people, i have had much fun helping people outside and inside the game. I do not have any purpose to abuse any powers as a member of the staff team. I have been in the server for 3 Months and those 3 months have been awesome i have learned so much information about being a staff member, and i belive that i would get along with the staff since i know most of them by now. I would never be toxic towards a player and i do not have a intend to do so. I have also been staff on other servers and had past experience of being a staff and moderating servers properly, i also have been using Discord and Teamspeak 3 all the time when i am online. Since being in Jedi i have been aware of my mistakes and i have learned from them. I have talked to people in the staff team to understand what they do and their responsibilities and i belive that i will be able to take those responsibilities. Since i have been enjoying the server a lot, i am really dedicated to play and i do not have a plan to take a loa/roa and also leave/resign from the server any time soon.

The Application:

• Pros: 
  • Decent Play time - by now you should understand how the server operates day in day
• Cons:
  • You don't stand out compared to other applicants, your answer to 'Why do you deserve staff more than others' does not set you apart at all. All applicants will be active, and say they won't abuse their power. You come across as very vague imo.
  • You have not really reached a high rank, or a rank where you have a significant amount of responsibility/power

The Applicant:

• Pros:
  • I see you around very frequently, so that supports your activity claim
• Cons:
  • You come across as immature, though my interactions with you have been limited so I can't comment further

- As Cheese said the application would be better if there was more detail on why you deserve staff over other applicants

- Not reached an in game rank which carries significant responsibility yet
 

Overall:

Although I think there are positives which show you could be a good addition to the staff team, there are also reasons which if improved could increase your chances of joining the team.

Pinky is a nice guy and would be fine with ULX. I wish you'd use your mic more because it is important sometimes to speak to people instead of typing but it can be done with just typing (Look at Wanted for example). Pinky is active as hell and is grinding out Jedi.
