I joined the server 24th of january 2022 and have taken One LOA that lasted for 1,5 weeks.

Discord and TS everyday and i also check the forums nearly everyday

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

I would Teleport to the accused killer cloaked and see if hes still killing clones. If hes not i would check logs and see if he actually killed and damaged  clones. If he has i would uncloak and take him to a sit and warn him accordingly.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I would tell a batt to send a NCO+ to the cadet area to train him if no one goes i would TP the lowest NCO there.
 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

I would do nothing as this is an IC matter and it was an accident so i would let CG to deal with.
 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

I wouldnt do anything as this is a IC matter and not a big deal anyways.
 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

I would get him in a staff sit and explain that what he did was FailRP and tell him that not every rule can be written down as it says in the server rules and then i would warn him for FailRP.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would explain to him what he did wrong and tell him the punishment was justified and also tell him that he can post a complaint in the forums if he feels the need to.
 

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

The reason why i believe i deserve staff is because I am one of the most active people on the server right now and have been for a really long time with nearly no breaks at all. Also many times i join the server early when there are no staff on because of my time zone being 2 hours a head of UKs  i would be good to fill those spots out.

 I would also say that i am a calm and mature guy and  i would stay level headed and calm in staff situations. Also in my time on the server i have learned many staff thing being in the server for over 8 months and being close to many staff members.

I have also got some trusted In Character ranks in the server like RC in Clone and In Jedi, Shadow Sub path leader. Also i would be very dedicated as staff as i have shown lots of dedication in my In Character ranks being in GM for over 7 months before i got RC. I think i have also proven my self to be a trust worthy person in my time in the server as i have not gotten any warnings in my time and have reached high ranks In Character. I also just really enjoy this community and would love to help out more and be a staff for a really long time if i were to be accepted.  I have never been staff in a Garrys Mod server before but i am a competent guy who is able to pick up things really quicky and would be eager to learn.

Overall: 

I think Smiley would make a great addition to the Staff Team. He is not only super active he has also dedicated a lot of time to the server achieving a high in game rank with RC and Jedi. Also with being ARC troopers within GM together and pretty much joining GM at the same time, I know Smiley would do a great job if he was given a place within the team!

Simley would make a great staff member, this is becasue he is incredibly active (always highest event count out of all of RC) has shown a huge ammount of deadication getting RC and is a very mature person. The staff team would 100% benifit from Smiley carrying them on his back like he does on for RC and on any other game.
