When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: 2018-19 that i have proof off and i have had many small brakes that about total of 4-6 moth all together.

State the role of staff on the server: A staff member helps when a player needs anything like (tool gun) given to them and is always making sure that rules are followed and not being broken. They should never abuse their power and use it to gain unfair advantage in "IC" no matter what. And if rules is being broken then they should  appropriately punish the rule breaker/breakers.

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? yes i have read them

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: yes I understand.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: i would check loggs on who is MRDMing  and bring them to me in a safe place and confront the culprit. 

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: i would tell the cadet that a trainer will be with him shortly then i msg a battalion and tell them to send some one to go train Cadets.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: if it was an accident i would just ignore it an let "CG" do there thing if the batt says so.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: i would remined the CT about the rule and that's is.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: It dose no really mater if is not explicitly stated in the rules failrp is still failrp, so i would punish them accordingly.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: i would explain in detail why he is being punished the way he is getting punished, and if is still arguing I would tell him about the forums and to apply for an unwarn and/or unban request. i would give him another punishment for not listing to "Staff" if he continues 

 

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I think that I deserve staff more than the other applicants because I have been on the server for more then 3 years and I believe I have pick up things that would take time to learn, I know some what how everything works and I have also been doing some research about the position, I have avoided getting in to trouble completely, I have been respecting all the rules and followed order of things on the server, I'm really neutral in things so I have no bias the majority of the time, I personality think I'm mature  and
I have somewhat  stable life style so I should not have any major IRL crisis that would impact my activity,
I understand that being staff takes a lot of responsibility and I believe I have what it takes, I still enjoy the server Iven though i have been a member of the community for more then 3 years, I currently of writing this i have no employment so i have a lot of time on my hand that i wish to use, I'm not an aggressive person and I mostly get along with people.
i have for a long time made many friends on the server so I have good reason on staying on the server, overall i have been waiting becoming staff because I was unsure and I believed I was not ready but  i kinda want to go for it, Sadly i am a bit forgetful and i might need a bit of "hand holding" then others, I am also Scared to do wrong so i will mosly do "nothing/ask others staff" if im unsure

With being devoted to the server for years as well as having a good image on the server I Believe that scales has got what it takes in becoming a staff member. The demotion was also ages ago and therefore shouldn't be looked on harshly.

Overall: 

Good luck! Scales in my opinion would be a great addition to the staff team, he has been around on the server for a very long time, dedicating his time towards achieving high in game ranks within hierarchy and RC as well as Senior Medic. Whilst now recently achieving ARC within GM he has also been a class SO. Although has had moments of inactivity in the past I have not seen that myself for a long time.

Never had too much interaction with Scales compared to other users, but we have hung out a few times and those times were alot of fun. He's a really chill dude. Got some decent ranks in there.

Scales has been for quite some time and has a good playtime.
He was GM VC and RC before so we know that he is a trusted member of the community.

But just like some people before me, I must say that Scales gets sometimes inactive and was even demoted for that.

I am feeling slightly neutral about this app as per the reason above, but in the end, there are more positive things about him overall than the negative ones.
I believe that Scales would be a decent addition to the staff team.
