When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: Joined on the 2nd of July 2020, Had a big break during 2021, came back early 2022 and other then that I've only had LOAs/ROAs.

 

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: I use them all daily.

State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff are to make sure the server is running smoothly, staff make sure people are following the rules, fix issues on the server, Staff members should not show bias when dealing with issues on the server, and should overall try their best to make sure the server is enjoyable for everyone.

 

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes I have

 

List of all previous server staff experience: The only previous server staff experience I have is from late nights when no staff is online, I have had to step in and deal with Sits and other problems.

 

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes

 

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would first listen to the Player who told me to see what they could let me know, If they don't give me a name then I would check blogs, I would see if they broke the rules, and Warn/ban them depending on if they killed 3+ people.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would first tp to the cadet and let them know that I would get them a trainer soon, next I would let a Batt member know to send someone to train the cadet, if no batt is on then I would ask in OOC if anyone wants to train the cadet, if no replies then I would teleport an NCO at random.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I'd let CG handle it as it's and IC situation and there is no need for me as a staff member to deal with it. If the CT continues to fire then I would step in.

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: Its an IC situation and as a staff member I wouldn't say anything, but as a clone I would remind them that they are supposed to salute to 2nd LT+

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would warn them for Fail RP as it says here on CWRP rules and regulations "1.5.1 Not all situations can be listed and it is down to using common sense and for non-listed situations, it is down to staff members to decide."  If there was a loophole, I would also discuss the loophole with higher staff members.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would again let the player know which rule(s) they broke, I would also tell them that if they disagree with my judgement then to make an appeal on the forums in the admin abuse section.

 

 

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):  Firstly, I believe that I am a trusted member of the community by the fact I have been trusted in high ranking IC ranks such as 442nd Commander, where I have had to deal with minges and other people that are not here to play the server seriously in the regiment along with keeping the regiment alive for the few months I was there. I believe I am seen as a very friendly member of the community yet I can still keep calm and mature whilst making difficult decisions. I am also able to cope under stressful situations which can be shown from when I have been EP, for example when having to remove people from EC whilst also having to keep the event flowing, along with having to do a Main storyline.

Reaching 442nd Commander and DS Commando shows I am also dedicated to the server. I also have former staffing experience on late nights when no staff are online. I've had to step in and deal with minges, ERP and other problems. I am also very active, have the time for staff and want to help out the server for the enjoyment I've had over these years.

Finally I believe that I deserve staff as during my 2 years of playing this server, I have managed to maintain calm almost all of the time by the fact I have had 0 warns, I also believe I am competent and I take responsibility for my actions, along with being very willing to learn from others to improve myself.

On the off chance of my application getting accepted I would be resigning from CWRP Event planner, as I feel it would be unfair on others to hold an EP position and a staff position at the same time.

Inflict has a good playtime, has been here for some time now.
Was good IC rank and is one now + was SEP, which shows he can be trusted with ULX.
Also the app looks good, met the word count at the last part and the last part also makes sense.

I believe that Inflict would be a good addition to the staff team.
