When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I joined the server around 2018, I believe, and have been on some breaks between then and now. If you need proof of this. I can DM screenshots.

 

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord, and our forums: I use both TS and Discord a lot. But I do not often use the forums.

 

State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks, etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go into the game and type !warns.) State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff in the server is to deal with situations that endanger the enjoyment of other players, such as MRDM, mic spam, chat spam, and more as those are not situations CG can deal with as such staff is needed to be able to ban, kick, warn, mute and gag people depending on how severe of a rule they broke, there are of course situations that CG can deal with but still need staff to for example warn the rule breaker such as RDM where CG would still need to put them in jail, but they still will get warned. They still need to be fair, as sometimes people will make mistakes.

 

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes.

 

List of all previous server staff experience: I am currently Event Planner.

 

Do you understand that you can be demoted at any time with sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes.

 

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would TP in noclip to the offending party to make sure that they are not currently RDMing anyone. If they are, I would freeze them and warn them for ARDM. If not, I would check logs to see if they have been RDMing people. If they have, then depending on how many clones they killed, I would either ban them for MRDM or warn them for RDM. But if logs show that they haven't been RDMing, I would go to the accusing party, talk to them and tell them not to waste staff time with false accusations and warn them for Lying to Staff.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would tell the highest ranking on the server to order someone to train the cadet. If no one shows up, then I would in OOC ask for a volunteer before I bring a random NCO+.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidentally shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: Let CG deal with it, as not all situations need the involvement of staff.

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: Do nothing as a staff but would deal with it IC reminding them of the rule.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: I would inform them of the rule under FailRP stating that not all situations can be listed and then warn them.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would tell them to make a post in the forums explaining why they think the punishment that I gave them was unfair and let the higher ranking staff decide if the punishment they received was correct or not.

 

 

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe that I deserve staff as I'm trusted already with the rank of Event Planner. I have gotten the offer to become EXO in 442nd even though I declined it, and have been Temp DMO even if it was just a total of three days on two separate occasions. I believe this shows I have been trusted with high ranks on the server. Until recently I had not taken an LOA for three months and before that had only taken one ROA which I shortly after cancelled which shows how active I am as a member of the community. Even though it has not happened a lot I have taken claims (when no sec staff or regular staff were on or AFK). And I have become familiar with the commands needed for it.

I am also very active every day on the discord server and TeamSpeak, where I chat with people. And I believe that I'm approachable. There is definitely a lot that I do not know about staff, but I learn very fast and. an example of this is when I became EP. My first week was not the best, so I took an LOA to get rid of some stress, properly learn the commands and listen to feedback. When the LOA ended, I successfully became EPOTW which shows my fast improvement. 

I think everything I have written so far shows the reasons why I deserve staff which is. Activity, trust, approachability, ability to take criticism and learn from it, and to never give up even though the criticism you are getting is negative.

 

PS: If i get accepted i will be keeping EP.

What i have i seen is you have taken a lot of LOA's because you have been burnt out and other reasons. A top of that you are already EP so i dont think you have the mental capability of doing both EP and staff given the fact that you have taken previously mentioned LOA's. 

Also 3 warns is a lot and they are rather recent. 

Lastly i think its batt's job to send an NCO to do a cadet training, not the highest ranked person.

The 3 warns are from years ago, the only reason they are recent is because of them changing from Awarn2 to Awarn3 and the warns that were transferred got the time and date of that change, as you see the "warned by" all say Awarn2 Legacy and the time and date is the same for all three warns.

Tnt is active and has got an good IC rank, is active and has a very good playtime. My biggest concern is balancing EP and Staff with your IC rank, you have already went on LOA due to you being burned out, from my point of view I don't think you can balance both things, I would suggest you should choose either EP or Staff.
