What is the Battalion Motto:

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum):

The general role for a member of battalion is to take control in the direst of situations and find a solution for them. In battle they should lead and direct troops with a clear and firm voice, granting or denying requests, making big decisions, issuing orders and setting an example to other clones by commanding them via the voice amp tool. Basically, they should lead and give orders in battle with plenty of enthusiasm from the mid to back lines. You could also assist a fellow battalion member via co-leading where you will help the leading battalion with making the decisions listed above. Outside of battle they should test each regiment with open trainings, not necessarily mandatory but free for anyone to join, this will help the clones taking part in the trainings stay sharp and hopefully hone their skills in battle. These trainings could range anywhere from Mandos to FFA’s or TDM’s. They will also be appointed to be a supervisor of a regiment (or maybe another depending on the situation) and assist them in any way possible. 

Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum):

I think I am suitable for the role of battalion as I like to think that I am good at leading events (whether it had been for 212th or even Jedi) I would make sure that everyone in the regiment was following orders given by battalion and asking them for any location on the enemy so we could continue to do our duty for the grand army of the republic and have our regiment assist in the best way we can. As for Jedi, when there was no Jedi EC available to fight, I would make sure each jedi from their respective paths / sub-paths would use their skills as efficiently as possible. Guardians in the frontline assisting the clones, Consulars in the mid-back lines using their force powers to give the clones an advantage and the enemy a disadvantage. 

On the personal side of things, I believe I am very good at leading and organizing and managing difficult situations, I understand how to discipline myself and others appropriately. I also think that on the server I would say that I am easy to talk to and have no real gripes with anyone on the server and I believe I have fit in rather well with everyone. 

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank?

Yes I do.

What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail):

When not leading an event, Battalion should prioritise the regiment they are supervising and assist them in combat. However, they should NOT order them about wherever and however you please during the event (exception being if they are sweeping a building, you can order them where to search in said building) and they should merely assist as they are not leading the whole event as battalion or in the regiment, attempting to do otherwise would likely make things very confusing and frustrating for people in the regiment / the leading battalion member. If not with your regiment, stick to the front / mid lines and aid in any way possible, however, you should not lead the charge.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted?

1. Host an open training
2. Leading a Base Attack
3. Leading a Planetary and performing a debrief afterwards.

What rank can Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up too:

The highest rank Battalion Brigadier have the power to promote or demote are from the rank of Captain and below.

The reason why i'm putting  neutral is because I haven't seen you in any scenario that is more "serious" so I don't know how you would handle it
Also don't have too much knowledge on how you lead

If you can prove that you can an active member of the server on a semi consistent basis then I would have no problem giving this a +1. As far as I can tell this is the only flaw of your otherwise great application
