The reason for this is that you were cuff extending after being warned for it (Many verbal warnings before that) and the you have been told multiple times that you were gonna be banned if you kept cuff extending and you didn't stop. This is the reason you got banned. It is only a 2 day ban so i would recommend to wait it out. Right so I misinterpreted the reason for the ban. I assumed it was LTARP as you said you would serve the jail time IC. Either way it's a no from me as Henk has explained.
