Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: yes Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: i would bring the person to me and do the neccercy tasks to prevent it happing again from the player 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: i would go to the republic comms and ask a nco to train the cadet 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: i would bring them away from the debreif and explain to them how there wepon did not need to be out and warn them for fail rp 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: just give them a freindly verble warning how its appriated if they do salute 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: fail rp is fail rp server rules or not it will be common knowledge and not all rules are shown. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: i would kick them for arguing with staff over a matter which has already been solved. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):I believe I deserve staff more than the other applicants since I will do a good job making sure that players have fun while playing and not make it seem like a serious RP server (which just isn't fun.) I am on almost every day and I also use discord every day. If I am not on the server, I can still help people out. Although there is a lot of talented staff on the server, I am confident I can catch up quickly with what I still have to learn. Even though I have been on the server for so long, I am constantly learning various mechanics and places. Currently, on the server, there are many helpful players as well as people who join to annoy everyone trying to have a good time. So, I applied to help deal with them and make sure they don't repeat their mistake. I've seen a lot of trolls on the server that gets annoying, so I'll do my part to prevent it from happening. I will also try to respond to most admin calls that have been requested. I will try to sort their issue out and send them in the right direction if I do not have permission/authority to do what was wrong. My experience with Billy's Log and Awarn 3 will put me ahead of some of the other applicants. Therefore, I believe I'm the person to fill the staff position for this role. Within the time with me on this server as well, I have realized there's more to RP than messing around. i am sorry for the bad spelling and grammer just dyslexic, however i do not want that to be used to my advantage as it will be unfair on others Link to comment

Smiley 11 Share Posted January 24 -1 You dont meet the requirements and some of the anwsers to the questions are straight up wrong for example the 3rd one i dont see why you would warn a CT #### for fail RP for having his gun out in debrief. Also number 6 you cant just kick the person. You need to explain to him where he can make a unwarn/unban request.
