Was warned in game for homophobia because I called a staff member a not so nice word. I've learnt from this.

What is the Battalion Motto: Lead your men to death. Honour is better than surrender.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum): The Battalion are responsible for ensuring that the clones know what they should be doing, whether in battle or within their regiments back at base.  They are the ones who take charge during the most critical times and make sure there is order when there needs to be. All these things help everything run smoothly. During less important times the battalion is still there to keep things operating smoothly, whether that be through responding to requests on base or supporting the regiments with training and such. Furthermore, each battalion member gets their regiment to supervise which they will work with closely to keep them in tip-top shape.

Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): I think that I am suitable for Battalion because I believe that I show the skills and behaviours that fit what you expect from a battalion member. I am a dependable person, when I say I'm going to be there ill be there. I think that I have grown into a good leader within my regiment and have shown that skill countless times when leading my own group during battles and such. I have been around on the server to know how the battalion operates so I think that I will be able to pick up the skills needed to lead everyone in battles when required. I think that as a person I am willing to learn and have an openness for growth. I also believe that I have shown my dedication which can be clearly seen as I have made my way to being a Colonel and comfortably been one for a few months.

I also believe that I should be picked for the battalion because I believe that I show resilience as a person. I have been here long enough to understand the ups and downs and be able to deal with them effectively. I think that I am a capable leader and I am not afraid to deal with situations that might be uncomfortable to deal with.

All in all, I think that I show the skills of someone who is willing to try and I think that I show I am capable to learn the way of the battalion. 

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank? Yes

What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail): When in combat generally the battalion members should be trying to assist the regiments that they are supervising. Whether that be done by using your equipment to help them in combat or just generally helping the members with directions on where to go. However, it is possible that you may be asked by the leading battalion to assist with another regiment in which case you should be diverging your attention to them and helping alongside the regiment you have been asked to help. It is not the job of the battalion to lead the regiments that they supervise and this should be left to the member of said regiment who is leading. It is also possible that you could be in the middle to the frontlines, but it is mainly based on common sense which is why it is not advised to be near the frontlines alone and to not be leading the charge.

- Extremely strong application. Punctuation, grammar and answers to the questions are beyond acceptable to be considered for Battalion.

- Extremely dependable and means everything that is stated within application.

- Is an extremely capable CE,  being open and respectful trainer and spending time with the lower ranks to get them interested in the regiment and get them estactic about the regiment as he is.

- Is an extremely trusted individual being entrusted with the rank of EXO on numerous occations and even given his all during events to ensure that people have the most enjoyable time they can.

Cons

- Warn is concerning, but understanding the context and time of the warn. It is fair to say he has come a long way since it happened and it can be known it will never happen again.

 

I cannot stress enough how strongly I feel about how it would be such an honour to work with you in battalion. And also cannot stress enough that this is your ideal candidate.
