Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum):

The role and responsibilities of a battalion are:

Combative Conduct - The most important job a battalion member will serve is on the battlefield. Leading the GAR into battle executing the best tactical moves to achieve victory. 

Leading clones into battle seriously and professionally to get the best possible outcome is what a battalion member should be expected to do during a siege of a planet or a defense of a republic base. It is also very important to make sure every regiment has a job that they should stick to and be ready to change at a moment's notice if ordered to.

Idle Conduct - During defcon 5 a member of battalion has to be the captain of the ship i.e. granting and denying requests in republic communications and responding to potential threats. It is also in the best interest of a battalion member to host open simulations and trainings to keep our soldiers in their best working order and also to make sure regiments have something to do by asking COs and SOs to host something instead of standing around.

Battalion members during idle and non-threatening periods should act the most professional and disciplined a soldier can be.

Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum):

Considering me for the position, I believe that I hold qualifications and reputation fit for a battalion member. My past ranks show that I have reached many stable leadership positions and executed my roles in those positions as best as I could have.

Having been a part of the ranks of battalion in the past I believe that I hold more of an understanding of how to fit the role than most. I’ve been a member of this community for a long time and I’ve shown I can reach the ranks of CO and SO on multiple occasions.

I also feel that my personality can bring a unique approach to the role. I have been in many stressful and professional situations within my role as CG member/EP and have dealt with them in the best possible way to ensure all parties are happy.

I have respect for everyone in this community including those who have been a part of it for a short or long time. I will never approach a situation with any bias towards anyone. I will fit my role as a serious and professional officer.

Also being a part of the event team, I have an understanding of how events can be planned out and how to execute them in the best possible way.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank?

Of course.

What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail):

Outside of leading, battalion members should fight alongside their supervised regiment. Join them in combat and use your combat and leadership skills to aid them and if no one is leading your regiment at the time take charge and make sure they are using their skills correctly. As a battalion member you are not above the person leading so you should stick to their orders and support in any and every way you can.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted?

Lead a successful base attack.

Lead a successful planetary. 

Host an opening training.

What rank can Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up too:

Last time you were a Battalion Member was 2018, which was 5 years ago, I do not think that can really be used as experience in that role especially since you only achieved the rank of 2nd LT.

You have also made a grave mistake and lied on your application, you obviously haven't read through the Battalion Handbook like you had said, as it is stated that you can promote and demote Captain and below, anyone with two sense would understand this as a Commissioned Officer not Battalion Captain, and no where in the handbook does it mention Battalion Captain to Officer Cadet.

Lastly you are not the most active of individuals, you have average performance on the spreadsheet which correlates to your minimum tryouts. Battalion members should be the best of the best as they are the leaders of the republic and have to be leading by example. It is fine having average performance but I do not wish that people like this are accepted into battalion.

lying on a battalion application should result in an instant denial it not only shows you are an untrustworthy individual yet you shouldn't be handed the role of battalion. But tbf with this battalion currently u still got a chance
