 Yes I own a working microphone and I like to speak but I prefer to type as I'm a quick typer and my accent is not the best.

When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since:

 I joined the 20/11/21 and I have only taken small breaks (LOA/ROA) due to school work.

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums:

 I use TS3 and the CWRP Discord daily and I check the forums regularly.

State the role of staff on the server:

 The role of a staff member is to help the players in any way possible by resolving any problem that shows up, making everyone stick to the server rules and make the server work at the best performance so that everyone has a great time playing on the server.

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them?

 Yes I have read the multiple times and I am familiar with them.

List of all previous server staff experience:

 I was EP for almost 6 months in CWRP and resigned recently from that position.

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?:

 Yes I fully understand.

 

 


 

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

 I will TP to the player that made the claim and I will ask for the steamID/name of the player that is causing trouble. Once I got it I will simply search his last combat logs in the logs as most of the time you can just find it there. If it was true and he was indeed killing other clones randomly I would bring him to an admin sit and warn him for RDM/ARDM after questioning. In the hypothetical case I couldn't find a combat log about him I would ask for image proof to the player that made the claim or I will TP in cloak to the accused player to check if he was really randomly killing other players.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 I would firstly TP to the cadet to tell him I will bring someone to train him. After that I would ask in OOC if any NCO would want to train a cadet. If no NCO would show up after I called for somebody through OOC I would start bringing NCOs to the cadet area (from the lowest ranks to the highest ranks) to ask if they could train the cadet.

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 I would not intervene in this situation as it was a mistake that anyone can commit and I would instead leave CG or Rancor take care of the situation by giving him a warning.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 There is no need to act as staff in this situation. Here I would give the CT a friendly reminder in-character that he should salute 2nd LT and higher ranks.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

 In this situation I would bring the player to a sit and tell him that, as the rules state at the end of the page and as the start of the FailRP section states, not all rules or FailRP cases are written down there and it is up to the player to use common sense to avoid FailRP or any other situations that could be breaking server rules. After that I would tell him that he still commited FailRP, therefore I will give him the corresponding warning and I would tell him that he could apply for a removal of the warn on the forums.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

 For this situation, I would be straightforward and tell him that the word of a staff member is final, that means that if I considered that the punishment was valid then he would receive the punishment and I would tell him that if he really though it was unfair he could apply for a removal on the forums where he could give reasons of why it was unfair and where he would get other staff members opinions.


 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I have been almost 3 years in this server. After all this time I have been learning more about how everything works and how to deal with problems in the server. Thanks to all the knowledge I got from these past years I am really sure I will be helpful for the staff team and for the server in general. I was an EP not so long ago and thanks to it I got a lot of knowledge of ULX in general and adding that to how capable I am of resolving problems quick and effectively I can say that I can be a great staff member.

A lot of people knows me and has seen me doing my job as an EP and as a Clone, I have the best performance when I get to do something that I like and that motivates me like it's the case of getting staff and how far can I go to reach my goals in this server. Even though I have my rough times in which I have to be less active I do what I can to actually try my best in both IC and OOC on CWRP. I think that I would be able to help any staff member that needs it in any way possible if I ever get to be staff so that it's enjoyable to work with me and nice to request me any help they need.

I am determined to learn everything I can so I can do an amazing job in staff and I could ever reach a higher rank in staff to actually be even more useful and nicer to work with. That was my staff app, hope I can get accepted this time.

Has past ULX experience as EP which is good

He has reached a high rank and can be trusted within his own regs

Also quite a Nice guy on server so good luck and seems quite good option for staff
