When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I first Joined WG around 2017/18 Played until 2020, and came back 2023/2024. 

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: I use Teamspeak and Discord daily, and Forums every now and then.

State the role of staff on the server: Staff are the main Security and assistance! They enforce rules, teach new players, assist anyone with any questions or concerns.

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes! I always remind myself to re-read them.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones 

Before the sit I would make sure to be on the staff job in a staff room. Then I would start by bringing the person making the sit and ask what is going on, after which I would bring the person allegedly breaking the rules. I would first have a chat with both sides, and check logs for evidence of the rules breaking. If logs confirm the RDM, then I would have a chat with the person breaking the rules. If the rule breaking is minor, not Mass RDM, the player is new with no prior warnings and they are sincere about what they have done, I would give them a verbal warning and make it clear breaking this rule again will result in punishment. If the case is different and the person either has prior warnings or is not apologetic and does not care they will get a staff warning.  

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I will first make sure to ask in OOC if anyone wants to volunteer to do the cadet training. If no one does, I will spectate NCO's who can train to make sure they are not afk or busy, and then bring them and request they train the cadets.

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

I will bring the CT to a secure location, and make sure to tell them they are not in trouble, I would teach them how to safety their weapon, and bring them back to where they were, Making sure to explain accidents happen.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: 

This scenario is a more on In Character issue that should be taught why higher ups. If a sit is made about such an issue I would just remind the CT to salute CO+

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

1 main principle that will be stated by me is that you can never write all the rules. FailRP is a rule which Implies breaking character, doing something unrealistic and not following the Roleplay of Star Wars Clone Wars, most of which are common sense. I will explain in detail how they broke the FailRP rule and if needed get a second opinion to confirm to me and the player of what they did. Judging the severity of their actions they will either end up with a verbal or a full warning.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I will request another staff member assist and give their opinion of the situation and direct the player to the specific rule in the MOTD. If the person is still argumentative I will direct them to the forums to make a staff report if they are unhappy and close the sit.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words)

I would like to start off by thanking you for taking your time to read the application. 

As of 2017 when I first joined the community I completely fell in love with it, and I always strived to do my best, and help with all that I could. As a staff my main objective will be to always help those in need and and enforce rules keeping players in RP and having fun. 
I have vast experience in werewolf gaming and know the community works and what people generally expect and want. This experience is what gives me the skills of making great judgment calls, being a very quick learner and making a very low number of mistakes. 

As a person I am very open, supportive and friendly. I know I am great at adapting to different situations which require, this allows me to balance having fun on the server and being serious when getting my job done. I never leave people out, and help everyone out to the best of my ability making everyone feel welcome and supported. I am very good at making sure I never do anything out of pure emotion/anger, Which is why I always make good judgement calls, and almost never get into drama or tough situations. I am never biassed, and no matter who I am dealing with, I will always act professionally and by the book.

I consider myself to be quite well known on the server, and do not have or cause issues with the majority of the community. As a player I still assist people who require it, and try to be open when it comes to people giving me criticism or suggestions. I deal very well with improving if someone tells me how to do it or what I did wrong, which assists in getting an overall positive outlook on me, and giving the people what they want to see. Adding to that I am fairly active on the server allowing for a long time surveillance of the server.

Looking into the future, my experience as Manager will be a great asset to the staff team as I will be great with training future generations of staff and mentoring them. I'm very disciplined which will allow for professional work in my future as staff.

I consider that I should be the choice for staff as It will benefit the players with the reasons stated prior and will enhance their time spent on the server when staff work quickly and professionally.

You come across as an unfriendly, power-hungry person.

I honestly think you can handle normal players in a better way overall, instead of running around like a super strict battalion member that thinks he is managing & running a toxic workplace. I do understand it's necessary at times, but when I see you on the server you act like that all the time, which makes me feel you are not fit for staff.

I personally have never seen any power-hungry behaviour. I agree, you are a bit too strict at times for my taste, but that should not be a reason to not get staff.

Mature and easy to talk with. Though its true that there were signs of being too strict, he would  ultimately realise his decision and work on them, hence why i haven't seen any complaints about him in a long time, overall good candidate!
