Kyousuke 2 Share Posted September 22 In-game name(s): Sunflower Steam Name: Sunflower Steam ID: (https://steamidfinder.com/): STEAM_0:0:84541580 Age when applying: 20 What country do you currently reside in? What is your time-zone: United Kingdom, BST Can you speak and type English fluently: Yes Current total game-time on the server (type !time): Your total time is 1mo 1w 5d 19h 41m. IC Rank(s) and OOC Donation Rank(s) on CWRP: Platinum VIP, 212th SGTM Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak: Yes I do and I mainly speak. When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I joined in 2020 and I left around early 2023, i've somewhat recently joined back. How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: I always use teamspeak, always use the discord and I often check the forums. State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link). None and here are my warns State the role of staff on the server: To uphold the rules and to ensure any queries people have be answered. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes I have and I am familiar with them. List of all previous server staff experience: Werewolf Gaming CWRP Event Planner, DarkRP Senior Admin, PoliceRP Admin and SCP-RP Moderator Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: Me dealing with it varies depending on how fargone the situation is. I would ask the accuser for their name, if they don't know it my second option would be the logs. 1. If someone has killed more than 3 people without a reason I would warn and ban them for MRDM. 2. If they have killed less than 3 people I would talk to them in a sit and explain to them what RDM is and that they have broken the rules. After that I would warn them for RDM. 3. If they have shot someone on purpose but haven't done any severe damage i'd lean towards CG dealing with it, seems to me that they can be charged with 'Golden Rule' and dealt with by clones in character. 4. If someone has shot several people but again hasn't killed anyone I would take them into a sit and warn them for ARDM. I would also let clones deal with them because it is 'Golden Rule' 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would teleport to them and let them know that I will find someone to train them. I would ask in OOC if there any NCO+ that would like to train them. I would then repeat that same message three times, if nobody is willing to train them then i'd choose an NCO at random that would have to train the cadet. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I don't think this is a staff issue, if the CT is genuine and apologetic then hopefully their superior officer would forgive them and let them know how to put their weapon on safety so it doesn't happen again. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I would do nothing, I can't force them to salute me. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: FailRP means Fail Roleplay. This is more of a common sense rule, if they are genuinely unsure about the rule I would go into depth about it if it was necessary. If they seem like they're trying to bypass the rules then I would warn them for FailRP and tell them to not do it again. Of course this is very situational, if it was very minor I would give them a verbal warning. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would explain to them why I issued their punishment. If they still do not agree with me then I would link them to the forums where the "Staff Abuse Reports" are and they could make a ticket saying their punishment was unfair. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe that I deserve to be a part of the staff team because I possess the necessary skills, experience, and passion for contributing to the success of the server. As an individual who has always got along well with people, I am confident in my ability to bring a unique perspective and new ideas to the current team. Throughout my time on the server, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to work collabortively with others, to effectively communicate ideas, and to motivate and inspire my peers. These skills are essential in a staff role, where teamwork and communication are necessary. I have a solid background in working in team environments, as well as strong leadership skills that have been demonstrated through my previous hierarchy spot. I am a problem solver who is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently. I bring a diverse range of experiences that I feel will benefit the community. Furthermore, I have a genuine passion for helping people out with claims etc because previously I have had a deep commitment to guiding new players or even aiding staff members with little experience. I am constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth. In Conclusion, I am confident that my skills, experience, and personal qualities will make me a strong candidate for a position on the staff team. I am eager to contribute and to help create a positive and enriching enviroment for all members of the CWRP community. Thank you for reading and considering my application.
