Have you taken any breaks since: I joined the server in july 2019 i have taken multiple breaks throughout my time on the server. How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: Teamspeak im on every time on on the server, i use the discord every day aswell, and i check on the forums to see who applied for what and to respond on posts around 1 to 2 times a week. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes i have read thru the rules multiple times and are familiar with them. List of all previous server staff experience: I am currently staff trained as an EP on the server and i have been EP Multiple times before also getting staff trained there. Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes i do. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would first go and check if the player is still killing people if not i ask the player who contacted me if they have any clips of this happening and i would check Logs, i would then punish them Accordingly to what the Evidence Shows this could end up being A warn or a Ban depending on the Severity of what has been done. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I will go to the cadet and tell him i will get him a trainer shortly. I would then ask in OOC if there are any volunteers for Training a cadet if there are none i will start bringing NCO’s until there is one who is not in a Training or AFK. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: As this was on Accident and it was only one shot i would Simply let CG Deal with it as an In-Character situation. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This is an In-Character rule so i would not do anything as a staff member 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would talk with them and tell them that not all FailRP Reasons are stated on Forums as there would be to many to put there, i would then explain to them why its FailRP and then just give them a Verbal warning telling them that if they do it again they will get a Warning for it. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I try and keep the situation calm and nicely Explain to them why they are getting punished for what they are but if i cant get them to understand i will refer them to the forums to make a Unwarn Request instead of Arguing about it. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): As an EP and Former EP i have a lot of Experience with ULX and i have always loved to take claims when no staff were on the server. I have been a dedicated member of the Community for a very long time. I loved Helping out setting things up on the New ICRP server wich just made me like being in the community even more. Helping out new players as well as old player have always been something that i have liked doing staff or not staff its something that just gives a good feeling. I think i talk pretty good with most of the community i have had my fuckups as others have aswell and im happy to admit that but that is something i always work on. I would love to be a part of the staff them as i would love to help the server move forward in any ways possible. I love learning new things and working had to achieve the goals that i have wich means i dedicate myself a lot to what i start. I am a very active member of the server and have shown it by going thru Rancor into Battalion. I love to talk with people and seem to have made a lot of friends on the server new and old, wich also helps a great deal when helping people i know how to talk to people if they are fully new or if they are an older player of the server. I am Willing to leave my EP Spot for Staff but i would love to do both as long as i can, and as i know there are others who can take my EP Spot and do as good as me! RobLC 4 Share Posted September 23 Neutral Same as Preence I believe you are a better asset to the EP team and as you already possess ULX powers on the server I feel that the opportunity to join the staff team should be given to someone new who isn't already in a position to help out.
