What are the responsibilities an event planner has? (100 words minimum):
An event planner is someone who spends good time into creating a quality events of which involves benefiting factors for clones or Jedi. They are the backbone of the community with creating scenes of which members can take part in. Whilst also being able to produce qualitative events for both Jedi and clones but also Event characters to enjoy. EPs are also entrusted with ULX powers which allows for the to reach the target of high quality in their events but also assistance in making it more of an immersive experience for people taking part. Whilst also needed to step up in parts of taking over events if needed and handling staff issues to keep the server running fluently. An EP is someone who can both prepare will but also be flexible under certain situations when it comes to changing EC equipment or making adjustments to their event / roleplay to run accordingly and smoothly.

Create an event plan for Jedi, Event announcement, What type of enemies will be encountered. Keep in mind this will be used for your first training event. Make it easy to understand, be original and be creative! (Use the Template):
 

Story for your event (250 words minimum):

PRE-EVENT RP

A Explorer has travelled along the planet surface looking for a unique ore that has been known to have crashed long ago. Upon his travels he makes his way across the Jedi temple and wanders in having a small break and telling the Jedi about his adventures and future endeavours to find this mysterious material. He lets the Jedi know about where he's next going to look and sets off after having a small break and refuel, although the Jedi sense something off with this Explorer.

EVENT

After his travels further along he comes across a cave filled with light from the inside, upon this he enters the cave searching deep and far into the depths of it. Upon making it further down he comes across the ore a meteor crashed long ago scattered around the caves interior. Upon his findings a truth is let out that he was not a simple explorer but more a sith that had be searching for the final part needed for his ritual! The Jedi from the unveiling of the truth sense a danger in the force and are sent out to search the cave for what it is. They find the sith unclothed from his disguise getting ready to begin his ritual of summoning the dead whilst also creatures to do as he asks. The Jedi must first try to convince him and change him from wanting to perform this ritual but if unsuccessful from this the Jedi engage in a fierce battle trying to hold of creatures from leaving the cave and stopping the sith.

The sith goes with summoning multiple creatures to engage the Jedi whilst engaging in hand to hand combat himself showing off his true identity. Upon large amount of creatures and the darkness from inside the caves the Jedi feel overwhelmed and the Sith warrior escapes in the darkness evading from the Jedi preparing for their next encounter.

Event Announcement for your story:

Upon the recent visit of a traveller the Jedi sense a strange feeling in the force upon the locations that he has said to have travelled from and where he was heading out to, Is this traveller as innocent as he sounds or is their more to his character than the eye can see

1x Traveller (Played by the EP for the initial introduction to the character, Pre event)  
1x Sith Berserker / Night sister (the main character who has come out of his disguise)
2-3x Infected Creatures (Creatures of which the sith has summoned, depends on number of Jedi)

Jedi's outline and execution:
(e.g. "- Jedi finds a camp of slaughtered civilians  .")

Pre-Event:
The Jedi initial greet the traveller and talk about his adventures and what he is searching for unknown to who he really is, trying to aid the person in their searches and offer any additional resources

Event:
The Jedi feel a disturbance in the force and are sent out to investigate what this could be, Upon arrival they notice large amounts of red light emitting from a cave and upon going deeper in can see the traveller surrounded in Corrupted artefacts and crystals. Upon further talking to the Traveller on what his doing down here with all these red objects they sense something very off with his character and can see a red light emitting from his hands. Upon this finding the traveller removes his disguise and a battle ensues between the sith and Jedi

Jedi Event Character outline and execution:
(e.g. "- Sith has sent an emissary to lure the Jedi into an ambush")
Pre-Event:
The traveller talks to the Jedi and tries to gain info on possible ancient locations of caves or artefacts that could help with make his travels quicker whilst also trying to receive some help from comfort and rations. Trying to trick the Jedi into believing he is someone of little interest to them. Later leaving with what information he has got in search for this material!

Event:
The traveller sets up his ritual with objects he brought along with him as well as the new found material from this cave. Upon having everything ready for his ritual he spots the Jedi out the glimpse of his eye and hides what he is holding in the palm of his hand trying to deceive the Jedi into believing he is still just a peaceful traveller. As he lacks in reasonable response to why he is surrounded with corrupted and sith artefacts he comes to be unable to deceive the Jedi on who he is and begins the ritual revealing his disguise. Creatures are seen crawling out of the ground and he springs at the Jedi trying to defend himself from being captured.

Upon a small battle with the Jedi he becomes wounded and manages to hide away and flee from the Jedi using the caves darkness and smoke to evade them. After escaping he flees back to his ship and leaves the planet. Although one day having to return for the material he left behind!

With this being the 4th Applicaion, dedication has been demonstrated
Has shown significant improvement

Still a bit mingy at times

Although I am not 100% convinced that you have fundamentally changed, you still showed improvement in jedi, rising the ranks there. Therefore, under some careful watching I think you could do a fine Jedi EP.

• The Event-Plan is well thought out and a nice breath of fresh Air.
• SPL in Jedi which is great; you would know what Jedi seek in an Event (hopefully)
• Shown Dedication towards the Server and hopefull will continue to do so.
• As my Colleagues said already; you are still acting inappropriate from Time to Time. (Work on that.)

Otherwise i would say that you would be fit in the EP Team and with the right Mentor you could go a long Way...

Good app and event plan
Is dedicated to becoming ep

Can be a little mingy some times but i think he has good potential as ep

I dont usually talk here but here goes,

First of all this man here did one of if not THE BEST jedi hologram training that i have seen in a long while. basically said hologram training could easily pass for an actual jedi event.

He had 2 ec's (jedi acting as holograms), a great minimalistic dupe that made perfect sense and added to the immersion, was open to feedback in the process of the hologram meaning when he saw the jedi had very hard time he made it so it wasnt as hard for them showing that he can adapt to the situations demands meaning he is open minded and got some good problem solving skills.

 

Second of all I have known him for quite a few months since he joined Jedi (ever since i came back to being jedi since July+-) In those 3 months in jedi, including the time i have been in clone i have not had a single instance where i would recall Tom being mingy AF, disrespectful, close minded, or just the wrong kind of guy to be trusted with responsibility. In fact i cant recall him being mingy in a bad way (where someone is mingy and refuses to see reason until something bad happens) or a scenario where he acted inappropriate to the point of it causing trouble (we all from time to time do something that can be defined as inappropriate so he is not especially unique from anyone).

 

Third of all His event idea from what it seems is a lil on the medium side of difficulty cause i wouldnt say its easy to execute but i also wouldnt say its too hard for Tom so he wouldn't manage. The story seems to be interesting, like something that could evolve into a personal story line (yea yea new ep cant do those i know) and the mini event prior to the actual event is great touch to give jedi something extra to do and get to know who they are going to be dealing with.

 

Lastly his play time is speaking for it-self, he got the knowledge and experience to get the hang of being an EP and make fun jedi events, all he needs is the chance to become one and to be guided in the right direction.

 

..Imo as one of masters of the jedi order, a fellow player and community member; he deserves to be an EP..

Yeah, it's going to be a +1 for me. He's had a massive improvement since CG, and he's remained committed to the server despite the stupid stuff, so I think he deserves a chance.

tbf he has tried to get in for a fair while, shown dedication both in clone and jedi, seems like a guy who knows a lot. Also only had positive experiences with him.
