Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:  the ban was peak ngl because i got banned for putting on a funny voice via mic and throwing maybe a few ammo boxes around which no one really cared about maybe being a bit random but a perma ban for that was peak especially when ive spent real actual money that i saved up (maybe around 30 - 40 GBP) on the server, sure i shouldnt be excused just because i spent money on the server, but i dont think it should have been a perma ban. Maybe the ammo boxes were a bit too far but id day a warn or a 1 day ban. I was only trying to have fun in which somehow some people thought was a bit too far (apparently making or talking in a funny voice was the last straw, like just a funny voice i didnt start shouting or doing something random in that voice) I was just bored and waiting for an scp to come on that im interested in like 049 or 008 so i can do tests. Yet again, i just dont think a perma ban was worth it, its a bit dumb when i look at it. To think that one day ill be in my grave and i would still be banned on some server (if its still up) for making a random voice that some people genuinely made jokes about and had some fun with it. I'm fine with upto a 3 day ban for making random voices and joklingly throwing ammo boxes at guards or shoving it into their face for them to take the ammo. I would also like to address another thing, the person who reported me stated a lot of people were tired with me but i could only recount maybe 2 - 5 people who genuinely cared about me talking to people in random voices and only 1 guard who tried to arrest me and stop me from throwing ammo boxes in which he still actually just told me to stop and i did, and another thing was the person who reported mme was not here when i was shoving ammo boxes in peoples face, so i was banned essentially for making random voices, seems a bit harsh.

Anything else?: i understand that i might have done some stuff wrong, but it would be great if i was given another chance. Ive always thought this was a chill server because of most the users i played with and seriously couldnt believe someone was hurt over me making a random voice. I would really like to be unbanned since this is my favourite scprp server that i played for over a year now.

Hey, Yeah i was the ECM in the Electrical Room, all day snice i had got on you were trolling, not RP'ing at all. Just pissing players off with stupid voices and Entity's. I dont see why you made an unban request calling it peak, it just wasnt. You happily put on this voice and fucked around, you were even laughing and joking about it when you were in cuffs during the breach.

all day? i was on for like 2 hours, and i was junior researcher, i couldn't spawn any entities, and i'm pretty sure i wasn't cuffed during a breach? And mate i'm sorry right but do you not realise its peak to ban someone for making a funny voice and throwing a few ammo boxes around perm (it was in a big room and no one really actually cared) ? Do you really not think that me myself who has spent money on the server, played it for a year and enjoyed it should actually like be banned for the rest of eternity for a funny voice and throwing ammo boxes? And I was still rping at times by going around to scientists and looking at the current tests / providing ammo to guards at times instead of throwing it around. When you cuffed me, I really don't think you realised the other Nu7 or who ever else was there was actually laughing and enjoyed it. It was "peak". I don't think you would like it if you were banned perm after spending a year of your life on that server with money put into it over a few cringy voices. Honestly man, just grow up dude, I genuinely just find it so dumb that you actually like went that far over a few cringy voices. We aren't in the army mate. It legit sounds so dumb I even told my group of around 10 friends on my disc and they agreed. Like let me just put it out for you more clearly, I was banned for the rest of eternity exactly for making cringy voices. Does that not make it sound any dumber?? If you genuinely think its valid, you could at least have some sympathy. I was banned for making a cringy voice on a server I've spent a year on socializing and spent some money on. I mean bro like mate like if you actually just shrug that off I dont know what to say. 

 

just to clear up, the cringy voices weren't mic spam, I spoke in a weird way essentially as if I was holding my nose and if I was banned for making a cringy voice, I think the other Nu7 who were saying kill all furries and doing random ass jokes should be banned as well.

Throwing ammo boxes around could be annoying,  not against the rules. 

 

"Changing" voice or actually using a voice changer is the only thing I'd see as a warnable offence. 

 

However,  if he acted in such a manner that encouraged OOC talk and discouraged RP wherever he went I would see reasoning in a warn.

Still, you receive a permanent ban. 

So either you stopped a big RP moment and then minged around making it look like you were NH2RP by the spectators. 

Or there is some other story to this which you are choosing not to mention.

Wow looks like a nice alt-account to me but I'm not throwing any claims around, regardless. Whether you pay real money for the server or not has nothing really to do with it. Didnt use a voice changer and it didnt encourage ooc talk. Also I dont know if azazeal saw anything at all, but only part he was here for was when i changed my voice. Lando told him bout me changing voices and stuff like that

I do not want to be a dick or something but didn't you get warned and tiered yesterday as ECM when you were running around with a radio on high volume. Which is just another thing that may piss players off. Because you getting mad over someone pissing players off with voice changers while you are doing somewhat of the same thing but with a radio instead is just really weird. Especially when it happened the exact day of this person being banned. 

Now for the real topic. Imma say neutral because I need the story of the staff that banned you. Because it said that you got banned for "NH2RP, Trolling and Acting like a general nuisance. So I want to hear how Azazel explains the reason for your permaban even though you just used voice changers and throwing around ammo boxes.

I had been on SoD for most of the day and had been watching players and seeing if anything was happening and i had been watching you run around the server with your voicechanger and acting like a complete minge. Everytime i had seen you. You were either acting like a fool or getting arrested ingame for something. Not only that, if you were watching me so much, why did it t ake you 5 minutes to respond to my sit? Not only THAT, when you took my sit, you legit listened to one guy say something and quite it. It was the RDM that got me into the place of Nu7 i legit tried to leave EZ but some random got so hurt over me speaking in a cringy voice that he didnt. You were def not watching me at all. Most of the time I legit just passed ammo around maybe in more of a agressive way but when you have barely any scps on really dont know what you expect. Someone previously stated that throwing ammo boxes was allowed as well, so my ban is mainly for some random cringy voice? I genuinely dont know where your getting this "voice changer" from my only mic input on gmod is my steelseries mic headphones. Yet again, you legit just banned me for pretty much only a cringy voice. I dont know about you but me and the other sqm looked like we were having a lot of fun. Anyways, I call bullshit on you watching me.

ok maybe a ban but I just dont think its deserved for me just genuinely having fun with random people / putting on some random cringy voice like I didnt forcefully go up into their face and start screaming at them. Okay so, yes throwing ammo boxes around itself is not a rule, but it can be seen as Trolling/FailRPing.

I deffently think that in this case, where you apprently weren't actively watched ( imply this from azzaels wording of "everytime I had seen you " ), that a warning or shorter ban, would have been approriate at first.

I can personally not really see how NH2RP ( aka Mass Trolling essentially ) could have been confidently concluded in this case.

You know I have done somewhat similar shit and even worse  back in the olden days and haven't got a ban or a warn. Goofing off is great and all from time to time but it being constant is just retarded. If this is a perma ban then this has to be for one of the weakest reasons I have seen so far.
