I hope to achieve the same high standards that the current admin team have and to hopefully add to them and help the server out in anyway I can and to learn how to be a staff member I also would like to become a even more active member of the community and get to meet even more amazing people by being staff.

I think I stand out from other candidates as I am extremely active which I means I can be on at times that normally staff are not on and help out in the slower times which I think will help me stand out and I am fair but firm am not here to gain power which some others mite be I am here just to help staff the server and keep the high standards that this server already has and I think that is why I stand out from the other candidates I am also fraindly and easy to talk too

 

 

 

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):

 

you should pick me as staff as i am willing to learn what it takes to be a staff member and i am a fast learner i will always do my best to keep the high standers this server has when it comes to staff.

 

i can be active and on most of the week meaning i will be more than able to for fill any and all quotas put in front of me

 

i would also like to help out with keeping the high standers of the admin and help the community out by making sure people are not breaking the rules and are having a enjoyable playing experience

 

i would also like to help new players that may need help with getting going on the server should they need it

 

in addition to this i work well in a team and am a team player i can also work well on my own

 

i am good at helping people as i love to do that no matter what they need if i can help i will this is also shown by the subpath I am in which is historian meaning I show new jedi what they need to know in order to achive what they would like to within the jedi.

 

am not afraid to ask if am unsure on something as i would rather ask the answer to something i dont know than to give the wrong answer and pass on wrong info to people

nothing as am staff which is a ooc thing meaning it has nothing to do with roleplay so they don't need to salute

 

 

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:

well if I have not done my duties one week I would give the reason as to why I have not and make it up the next week but I would personally use the ROA and LOA system to avoid people not knowing why I anit done what am spose to.

 

 

 

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:

well I mean I would keep it to my self and still work with the person and not let it affect me if things progress and that person is being hostile and I have done my best to let it go then I would follow the chain of command with the problem to try and resolve it

- Based on my own experience with you, I've found you to be quite immature.

- Found you to be very argumentative, literally gave up speaking to you because you'd take everything super personally and start arguing about it.

- Bad temper, seen quickly go off the rails when people don't do exactly as you want.

Overall I think that you aren't fit for staff as it requires more patience than I've seen you display and could lead to quite a few arguments with players during staff Sits.
