Do you use a microphone: yes i do, i use a Samson C01U studio microphone 


What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: In the staff team i achieve to enforce the rules. (with the guidelines that are set for the staff and players alike) And to have players have their fun on the server, without anyone either harassing them or bully them etc. 


Why do you stand out among other candidates: I stand out amongst other candidates because i have been part of this community for a a long time, and i have seen pretty much everything there is to see. I know the rules in and out and i have seen alot of people, including myself mature and accomplish their goals. Not only on garry's mod but also in real life due to this fun community. 


Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): You should pick me to staff for your server because like i said i have been here for a long time, i know the rules and i also love helping people. So that means when a player has a question. I will be able to answer that question 99% of the time.
When there is a staff sit or when i do them i listen to both sides to get the best outcome. I can read when someone is lying i don't try to come over disrespectfull. I always try to be as honest as possible i know and understand that i can come over disrespectfull in some scenario's, when i am being honest so i think 2 times about answering a question. I had a past on this server with my behaviour before and i am aware that this may get my app looked over and be denied. But i learned from my stupid mistakes in the past and i try to learn from them. I had some falling out with the management before in the past but i move on from that i don't hate them or anything. I try to think back and see what i could've done better previously and move on. I am self aware of everything and every condition i have to go through to get to the next part of my application.

Yes and i accept these terms

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: I don't do anything since staff is out of character and saluting is in character


You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: The next week i do my duties with 200% more motivation


You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: I keep that to myself and work with him anyway.


Anything else: I have 1 day of work on saturday and 4 days at my internship other then that i am free for the rest of the time
