Staff command perms

Give event planners the ability to change someone's job name as in they can change johnny who's job states he is a "Police Chief" into "Cursor of Amigdar." Currently only high ranking staff members are able to use this command but event planners usually use religion in their events and create followers. Giving them the ability to use this

idk all I know is that high ranking staff can change someone's job name. I thought that event planner role should have the ability to use it too due to them being events is all.
