"My name is Ravolta, I am from North-Rhine Westphalia, the western part of Germany. I am 16 years old, having birthday on the 9th December. I have a special "faible" for pasta, especially ravioli. I really like the "Star Wars"-franchise, and especially the music. I spend almost one thousand hours playing DarkRP. I then found out, together with Strupple and Sanders (both former GM Colonels), that WGSWRP exists, me and Strupple tried it out first and we really liked the people and the system. I am, in my point of view, very humorous, and you can talk to me about everything."

I have been here for almost a year now, I have a lot of experience. When it comes to rules and everything about that, you can ask me almost every question and I will answer it correct. I know how things have to work, and I spend 5 months on Colonel, and 2 weeks on Temp. EXO. I got around 2 regiments, well now you could say that is not much, but I think it already gives me a lot of experience, and gives me different perspectives on the battlefield. The first 7 months of my time being around, I have been a GM member, and after 2 months already reached Colonel. After that, I went to 212th most because of the people, less because of actually being bored of GM. I lead above countless ranks in GM, I know what standard trainings should have. In addition to that, I know how to respectfully speak to higher ups as well to people below my rank.

 

As many of you know, I have been a really toxic in the past, but as many people I like and respect already mentioned, and in my opinion as well,  I improved a lot on that. I am not the person anymore who screams at people and threatens them with talking to hierarchy if they misbehaved once by a little bit. I grew very mature I think, I know when to be serious and when it is fine if I let my funny side out. I also am able to improve myself and my performance. If I do mistakes I learn from them, and I also ask other people with more experience to help me when needed. That shows that I am able to work in a team, but I also can go on my own if needed. In addition to that, I also think that I am a good teacher when it comes to show lower ranks how to host trainings, what quality they should have etc. 

 

Then, in my opinion the most important thing: Me being a 2nd LT again shows my dedication for the job, and that in fact I still want to be on this community and I still have fun doing so. If I will not get Battalion this time, I will try as often as it takes, the only exception is if that I get hierarchy. 

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion:

 

When you are Battalion, you should represent the best side of the Grand Army of the Republic. You should be in best form, you should be a prime example for all troops looking up to you. You are one of the highest ranks you can be, and you should behave like that. You need to be respectful, and of course be competent in what you are doing.

 

You are the one of the people who lead the army into battle, you grant any requests or deny them when needed. You make sure that everything on base runs smoothly and efficiently. You need to make sure that your troops are ready for every situation.

 

Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: Nope, not a single time.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes, of course I do.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading?

 

Battalion that are not leading during an attack or defense, are either sticking with their regiment they are supervising and give advises to the regiments commanding officer. That should be your main priority. What you should not do though is to lead the regiment yourself, because that is the regiments hierarchies or commanding officers job. If you are not supervising a regiment, or you decide that you want to go on your own, you stay in the front or midline, which depends on your equipment. 

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?

 

1. They have to host a regimental basic training, including verbal and text faces, formations and questions.

2. They have to lead a base attack without the voice amplifier.

3. They have to call and successfully perform a debrief.

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events?

 

The job of the Co-Leader during events is to grant or deny requests like "Permission for 212th to set up a tank". He helps the leading Battalion member with minor or major decisions like big pushes, risky maneuvers. If the leading Battalion member is unavailable, he will take over with the leadership.
