Why do you stand out among other candidates:
i am a very active player on the server who is always trying to help anyone seeking help and who is always kind to everyone Im interacting with. I also bring some ulx and administration knowledge with me

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):
I am always happy to help anyone who needs some help. As a CT Im already doing it as often as I see some of the lower ranks or really anyone needing or seeking help. Im also trying to always create an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone playing and everyone accompanying me on the adventures we all love experiencing on WG. On top of that, I am active every day, after I come home from work, I do all the IRL stuff I need to do and get straight on the server while staying on up until 1 AM, most of the time even longer. On weekends again once I get up around 11 AM I do the stuff I need to do and hop on the server, while just taking a few not so long pauses for eating or using the bathroom. While I cant stand disrespectful players, as they are ruining the experience for everyone else, while interacting with them or simply rulebreakers I always stay calm and refrain from bad language or even misbehaviour against the offending person. Lastly I will always try and answer admin claims as quickly as possible so everyone on the server can enjoy their stay and doesnt need to wait a loong time until their problems are being dealt with.

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:
Troopers dont need to salute staff members. However if Im having a rank they have to salute to(2nd LT+ of course), I will talk to him about it and if he starts disrespecting I will simply take him to the brig.

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:
if its in the past i will pardon myself afterwards and get back to my duties ASAP
if I know that I will be absent for a week I will post it in #absence of course

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:
I talk to him about my problem with him, if things are getting out of hand I will talk to a more experienced Staff Member
