What should we pick you for Battalion:

okay, so i think that i need to be chosen because i have been in very much regiments, some high rank, some not. but i like leading, and others in 74th found that i was pretty good in leading. i also like Nagotiation, and i think im pretty good in it because i participated in many nagotiation trainings in Jedi. i also have got much experience on this server, i think. i just wanted to try something new, and battalion is also a big role and responsibility on the server, because the people got to trust you in every situation

other from that, my english is almost fluently, not fully, but that would be approved by the time

i hope when i get chosen for battalion, my skill in weaponary like aim and stategy will improve, because its not really that good, but i think that will become much more better then.

battalion is a such more higher rank for me, and i really want to experience to be able to use my skills like leading, nagotiating, supervizing and in the Battle.

 

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: 

so like i said, Battalion got many responsibilitys, people think its just leading and hanging around the base, but Battalion do much more things like Supervizing, trainings, etc. they basicly rule the whole base like granting or denying things, and they also send NCO's on their way if a cadet needs to be trained for example, they also help people in combat, for example: ''the RRD supervizor could help with healing, or the 501st supervizor could help in the frontlines''. they basicly oversee all activity.

 

Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why)

 i have ever been kicked from RRD because of inactivity, because i forgot to take a LOA. and i have been striked/demoted in CG because i got banned for 5 days.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank:

 yes, i very much do.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading:

 Battalion stay with their regiments, and help them. but just in little bits, not like leading. it basicly depends on what regiment the battalion supervizes.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session:

- Leading a base attack

- hosting a de-brief after the led event

- hosting an open simlation

 

What rank can the Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up to:

 Captain

What rank and above can use two pieces of Regimental Equipment:

 Battalion COL

Anything else:

i really hope i get chosen because i think battalion is a very cool regiment, i always actually wanted to join a regiment like Battalion or RC, its just the responsibility you get, and the might. its just very nice to be a Battalion i think, and i just wanted to try it out.

You have been high ranks, so good job. Very diverse as well so I am not afraid of your understanding of frontline or defensive combat.

Your application doesn't show me a clear reason why you should be battalion. You got demoted relatively recently and also striked. Though this wasn't yesterday, it is still something people remember. Along with that, I don't like to hear that you want to improve on you strategy because you are, and I quote "its not really that good." I don't mind people who want to improve but if there is almost nothing there to begin with, then its not helping/improving. Its not like teaching. Also as well battalion shouldn't really care about negotiations. That an RC job. Along with that I didnt get a reason or an example of how you would be a good fit. Give me an example of how something went wrong while leading and what you did to improve it!

I dont mean to do this in hatred. I only want to see the full picture.
