State the role of staff on the server:

The staff of the server needs to enforce the rules of the server for them selves and for other members of the community. They also need to help those who have a question or need help with certain things for example getting ship removed, helping out with SIM/Training, handle rule breakers Etc. Staff needs to keep the server fun to play on.

I have helped out on a few small Minecraft servers (but that has nothing to do with GMOD).

Yes i understand.

 

 

 

 

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

 

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

I would go to the certain person and would see what they are doing. I would also check the combat logs to see if he is killing other clones if he is I would. Warn/Ban him (if it is RDM or MRDM) before I ban him or warn him I would explain if he thinks I am wrong and that he doesn’t deserve the warn/ban I will tell him he can make an appeal at the forums.

 

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I will go to the cadet and tell him there will be one shortly. Then I would go to and batallion and ask him to send someone if there is no battalion I would ask some NCO+ to train if nobody says yes I will pick the lowest NCO+ there at the moment.

 

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

I won't do anything, let CG handle it. If he keeps doing it on purpose I would intervene.

 

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

Wont do anything as a staff because it is more of a clone matter. But as clone I would explain him he has to salute a 2^nd LT or higher (because he is pretty new and maybe forgot it).

 

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

I would still warn him because it is still Fail RP and finding loopholes is not allowed. And after that I would report the loophole to the SMT.

 

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would give him the punishment and I would tell him he can make an appeal on the forums.

 

 

 

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I think I would make an great addition to the staff team. I am very polite and nice I have learned this in the restaurant I grew up in I know what to expect from people if I have spoken to them for a bit and also know how to deal with them in an polite way. I am also very responsible and always want to help people, I always think in solutions so that everybody can have a good time. Due to my clone rank (CE COL for almost 4 months) I have learned to respect and understand everybody’s opinion. I am also trusted by my hierarchy members because i have a few extra perms as a CE COL I am allowed to do dogfights and medal trainings (I am the only one in the regiment that can do those besides the hierarchy). I have also learned to be responsible due to the special equipment of my regiment  (ships, turrets and explosive turrets) because they could be misused very easily. The only downside is that I don’t know a lot about using Garry’s mod commands, but I am a quick learner and I am very excited to learn about everything I need to know. I see this as an opportunity to improve myself in different ways. After all I am applying because I would like to help this community and the members in it. I want to help and make it enjoyable and fun to play on the werewolf gaming SWRP server for every member in this community.

 

Additional information: I have dyslexia so spelling isn’t my greatest point.

Since your ban request, I dont think you would be well suited for staff due to your lack of action against what happened. If you wanted them to be warned or so on you should have told them about what rules they were breaking and teaching them. Give them a verbal warning and explanation before you give them a warn. This is just in my opinion and good luck with everything but right now I dont think you would be well suited in staff.
