The SteamID you provided has nothing in it's warn/ban logs, are you sure this is your SteamID? There's no mention of this SteamID either in any logs at all.

You have litterally admitted to me/Oswald, that the way you play, you break RDM constantly, you have not understood the point of an RP Server, or simply ignored it, you will not be unbanned any time soon.
