the first one was because there was a zombie infection in d blok and i shot a dboy who was injured and to prevent more zombies i shot him

the second one was that i shot a dclass because i jumpscared with a shotgun and i spoke then a half hour with the dclass who is called bjorn kadlanka i think

the third one was today and it was because somebody did soundpad i did it too and i got taken but the other not

Are you able to play the job often and RP correctly?:
in the school period 2 day as week and the holidys 4 days a week
What is the containment procedure for SCP-096 if it has breached? Explain with as much detail as you can: if it is breached it will run to kill its target and you can not possibly stop him then E11 and b7 contain him with containment equipment aka a bucket an cuffs and they tow him back to his cc he is put in a corner of the cell the person holding him says look at the wall and everybdy look down 

While in a test, the D-Class they have put in your Containment Chamber has run out and managed to get to the Entrance Zone after looking at your face. What course of action do you take and what do you do once your target is dead?:
sit down and not try to let anybody see my face

While chasing SCP-096-1, you pass a researcher, MTF personnel and D-Class who all look at your face accidentally. You manage to kill your original target and you circle back to kill the rest. Is this a good RP scenario and why? (Free form question.):
 

yes because nobody can see your face NObody even not on a picture or a video and if they say i rdm i wont be because scp 096 ist friendly with nobody

A Group of Interest has entered the facility and is attempting to bring you to their base. While transporting you, one of the members sees your face, however says that it was an accident and that you should just ignore it. What should you do and why?:

again kill them because noboy can see your face

I dont like all the pictures everywhere and the typing color but their is enough detail that u know what 096 is .

Honestly you have a VERY basic understanding of how 096 is played, I suggest you read up on 096 more and the rules surrounding it and flesh out your application.

My two issues are: In some sections, the question isn't even answered:

The 'play the job often' isn't a huge part, its about whether you can remember what the rules are and RP correctly, as 096 can turn into a BIG rdm job if its played by the wrong person and its an easy way to get blacklisted from 096 and even an extra warn.

And with the warns being semi recent, I would expect staff to have some hesitance towards you being accepted (since its an RDM case) as it's another thing they have to deal with (if you RDM), if this gets denied I suggest you do more research into 096 and how its played.

Even so, use this as a learning experience in writing a WL app and look at other accepted apps for inspiration.
