Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would check logs to find proof of the CT killing people or video evidence by the person maing the claim, if proven true i would bring said CT into a sit, have them explain their side, if they have no real reeason, they will be warned of RDM

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would inform a member of battalion to get an NCO to the cadet area, if not battalion are on, i would drag the lowest ranking NCO ot train the cadet.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If it is a genuine accident i would not get involved as accidents do happen and let the IC situation carry out.

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: If i am on my SOD job i would ignore it, if i was in my IC job i would simply give them a friendly reminder for next time.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: It is still FailRP, that person has common sense and should know what failRP could be after reading the server rules.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: Staff decision is final, if they disagree they can make a post on te forums why they did not deserve the punishment.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): The reason i deserve staff is because i am very active, playing till late at night when not many staff are on, I play at least 6 hours everyday on this server. I have been on this server since March and i have shown dedication to it reaching the rank of OS Commando as well as Jedi Sentinel both which are very good ranks on this server as RC requires a lot of paitence and dedication.
As well during my time in 21st i wastrusted to be temp hierarchy for my regiment multiple times which shows that im trustworthy.
I am already trusted with admin powers as I am already the rank of Event Planner, I have already taken claims as an Event Planer due to being the only one on and enjoy it, so I already have a small amount of experience in staffing on this server which means im already experienced in handling situations on the server. With such experience would make me a good member on the staff team.
I enjoy this server a lot as well as the community, and i want to help out more while being a member of staff as well as an Event Planner as i see Staff as an opportunity to enjoy my time more on the server.
I am Honest, paitent, kind and friendly, i believe i would be a good member of the staff team and i will be very commited to it, my current ranks and preivious ranks can prove my level of commitment already.
