What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?: O5-10 "The Virtuous" Looks to be in his mid 50s, was a part of the Ethics Committee before becoming an O5.

Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I have only ever played administration jobs, I was an ex Site Director and am currently a part of the Ethics Committee, so I would say that gives me some experience in roleplaying as an O5. I have also seen them in action and worked alongside them.

I would argue that I don't crack under pressure in extreme situations, as the first thing I try to do when something bad is happening is stay calm and calm everyone down around me. After this, I would work out an effective plan to deal with said extreme situation.

I also believe that I can do what needs to be done, for the betterment of humanity. The Foundation's purpose is to secure contain and protect, and if protecting humanity means terminating someone or many people because they are dangerous and they cannot be helped any time soon, I can do that with the knowledge that what I have done is the right thing.

Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?: The O5 Council is the highest ranking position one could get within The Foundation and it thus separates itself from other Site Admins because, the Site Administration only control one site, whereas the O5 Council controls the entire foundation. They have ultimate control over The Foundation and their word is usually final.

Unlike a Site Director, an O5 Council Member would ideally want to be incognito on site, this is to ensure that they are not kidnapped or killed. You can never be sure if an enemy of The Foundation has managed to infiltrate the site, so an O5 Council Member has to be cautious as they are irreplaceable personnel. To further raise how secretive the O5 Council is, most CL2 Personnel don't know they exist and people outside either don't know about them, or think that they are a myth, they also make common use of body doubles.

Another thing that separates the O5 Council from other Site Administration is that they have an MTF that reports directly to them, this taskforce is known as Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand." They will both protect the O5 Council Members and execute any order that the O5's give to them.

Unlike most Site Administration Council Members will not intervene in day to day life in The Foundation, and instead do other things such as micromanaging Thaumiels and Apollyons. O5 Council members tend to make more important decisions than normal Site Administration, such as setting off the warhead in EZ Lower, should the unlikely decision ever need to be taken. Furthermore each Council Member is assigned to a department, which they will oversee, and if needs be step in when the department is not functioning to a proper standard.

Finally should an O5 Council Member overstep their boundaries, The Ethics Committee can step in and stop them.

What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council are the 12 (or 13 if you count O5-13) people who have ultimate control over The Foundation. They are the highest ranking personnel in The Foundation, and they are not allowed to come into contact with anomalies, assumedly so they don't die, however this isn't strictly true as they have access to SCP-006 "Fountain of Youth" that they can use to prolong their lives, because they are considered indispensable. Some rumours say that they are immortal and cannot be killed.
