The likelyhood that two seperate people in the same household both play on the same GMod server is relatively slim. Although it can very well happen that SMT see that both accounts played decent amounts, and decide to believe the "it was my brother" excuse. Edited November 9, 2021 by Randy Walters

Unless you can somehow prove that the other account was definitely not yours, it's unlikely that you will be unbanned in the near future. You waive the right to a refund when you purchase anything from the store, so that ain't gonna happen. If you really want the money, steal it from your brother's piggy bank.
