Accepted medical comms update

What your suggestion is:
make it so when using medic comms all we have to do is put (/m) like how it is with republic comm with (/r).

Any additional information:
makes it a lot easier on medics because our messages can be quite long sometimes. this update will make it so we can communicate alot quicker and will cut down on the confusion as some people put /medics making it so the message does not send into the channel.
