Why should we pick you? (250 word minimum): 
I've been playing on the server for a long time, started playing here around V2.
I believe, I'm very trustworthy and I'm also a very friendly person.
I'm respectful to everybody and always try to keep my cool,  I was a Staff Member on this Server from 2020-2021, so I was in the Staff Team for about a year and 6 months. 
Unfortunately, I was on LOA a lot while I was in the Staff Team,  due to mental health issues but I think that when I wasn't on LOA, I was doing a really good job as a Staff Member and I really enjoyed my time.
My mental Health has improved a lot,  and I think that I have what it takes again, things definitely changed for me and got better.
Over the span of that year and 6 months I've gained a lot of experience,  I take every situation serious and I think that I can handle every situation, no matter the circumstances really well.
Apart from that, I've also been staff on many other servers aswell. 
They were mostly DarkRP Servers, with a few of them also being Deathrun servers on those servers,  I also gained a lot of experience.I started playing Garry's Mod a long time ago, and have about 3.700 hours in it right now.
I'm definitely really motivated again, 
I really want to get back into the staff team and do my part and prove myself again, 
and not go on any LOA's whatsoever.

How long will you be able to play per day?:
I would probably be able to play for 5-6 hours a day, if not more, 
I have a lot of free time and wouldn't mind spending it on the server.

Any past experience as staff?: 
A lot of past experience, mostly small DarkRP/Deathrun Servers that I was a Staff Member on, 
but also owned a few servers myself a couple years ago. 
I was also a Staff Member on W-G SCP-RP for 1 year and 6 months.

Any previous warns/bans? If so why? (maximum of 15 warns, exceptions can be made.): I've never been warned/banned.

Do you know the basic ULX commands Yes/No: 
Yes, I know pretty much all ULX commands and know how to use them, a few examples would be:
!bring <name> - brings the player too you
!goto <name> - goto where the player is
!kick <name> - kicks the player from the server
!freeze <name> - freezes the player
!ban name, reason, time, - bans the player from the server 
@ - perform a command on a person I'm looking at
^ - perform a command on myself
These aren't all, but pretty important ones however I do know pretty much all ULX commands and how to use them.

Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions):
SCP-RP is a gamemode in Garry's Mod based on the SCP Universe, you can play a huge variety of jobs on the server,  whether it's becoming an SCP, Foundation Staff, a Police Officer, 
or even just a simple citizen living in the city that is above the SCP Facility.
The City is called Ovis City. 
The Foundation is below the city and is protecting the world from the anomalous, 
this is what the letters in SCP also stand for, "Secure. Contain. Protect.".
Inside of the Facility, there are SCP's, SCP's can be anomalous entities, living beings or objects.
They are given "Object Classes",  which are based on the difficulty of containing these SCP's.
The primary object classes are Safe, Euclid and Keter.
Safe is the easiest object class to contain, there's little to worry about.
An Euclid SCP is more difficult to contain and the object class Keter is the most difficult to contain.
Inside of the Foundation there are also different departments, such as the MTF's ( Mobile Tasks Forces ) 
which specialize in stopping any threats inside the Facility, 
other departments are departments like the Research Department, who specialize in testing on SCP's.
There are also GOI's, ( Groups of Interest) such as the Chaos Insurgency, who all have their own goals. 
The Chaos Insurgency was formed by former agents from the SCP Foundation, 
nobody really knows their goal but I believe they wanna take the foundation down, 
however there are many GOI's and Roleplay between them is also very important.

Do you understand the rules of SCP-RP(1 word is not an answer).:
Yes, I understand the Rules of the Server, some examples would be:

1. Metagaming - 
Metagaming is when you use OOC ( Out of Character ) Information in roleplay, 
so if someone mentioned they are part of the Chaos Insurgency and are inside the Facility OOC, 
and you go look for them, and kill or arrest them that would be metagaming 
because you used OOC Information in character.

2. RDA - Random Arrest, 
 RDA is when you arrest another player or cuff another player without a valid reason.

3. RDM - 
Random Deathmatch, 
RDM is when you kill another player for no valid in-character reason, 
this rule is broken a lot.

4. PME - 
a Player Made Event is when a player is making an event, 
without permission from a high ranking staff member.

5. FearRP -  
FearRP means your character is afraid of dying, 
FearRP is optional on this server however if you are kidnapped, 
and your kidnapper points a gun at you you must listen to his/hers orders.

I think I remember you as an ex staff member and being a pretty chill guy, unfortunately, I have not seen you on the server recently, so I’m not sure how you are now and what your knowledge on the current rule set it. I advise playing on the server a bit again so we can see what you are like and so the newer players within the community can form an opinion.

Still remember the time when I was a tmod and mod, used to see him on, Dr. Dr Livio! 

Used to be ex-staff, with all seriousness I'd say he's competent for the job, although used to be on LOA's due to mental health.
But as mentioned in the app it has improved a lot it seems. As Jason mentioned you haven't been on the server too much at the time, although I believe if you were to be accepted you could potentially be active much much more. I wish you good luck Max.

Big Fat +1. Would take back in a heartbeat. Might have been inactive during the end of his first staff tenure, but had genuine reasons. Already knows the ruleset and punishments considering he was Senior Moderator before, so won't take him long at all to find his feet once more.
