If so, what are they?: I understand the Complete Responsibilities that a EP Has, They are to support the Community with Fun and Engaging Events, Make sure the Their ECs are behaving Correctly and not breaking the Rules and that I myself do not break the rules.

Do you understand at the beginning of passing the application stage, you will have to undergo a training phase until completely trusted to create and host events?: I understand that a Training phase is needed to make sure that I know how to perform a Event Correctly.

Pros-
Clone event plans pretty decent
Suprisingly large playtime

Cons-
Jedi event plan is the usual "sith comes to JT wants something holocron related" which is overdone to the brim by now. I get Sith are like the "main" antagonist of Jedi but LARP is simply better and funnier with more random characters thrown in the mix so dont be afraid to get more creative
The Translator droid EC is creative but would be super boring for the EC who gets it the whole event so it should be an EP role aswell since Translator droids are 99% of the time not built for combat whatsoever

Extra Info: Jedi Events mean more to me personally since theyre a bit more neglected in terms of creativity and dupes compared to clone events which is why I would like to see more creativity in Jedi Event plans (also would like to know what the warns/bans are for)

I understand Peoples concerns about archer but Archer is a Bright mind and Is a Really creative guy most peoples Jedi Apps may be lack luster But i belive he can make a Good jedi event As i know archer and he has given me some great ideas in the past!

He's Improved since he last applied, His Event Plan is very detailed and a high Play-Time [Fucking Sweat]. I've spectated one of Archer's Events on this "Other" RP Server, And it went well. Im sure he will be able to perform a CWRP event fine.
