-1 A 1 warn basis was what you were told and you decided to take the mick by getting 3. You were only banned a month ago and being unbanned from a 2nd permaban might take longer than the first one

Are you appealing the ban due to you not using a racial slur? Or did you use the slur and feel it's unfair because you've been banned?

Not really how that works. If you had other stuff to do you should have brought it up with staff. It's also clearly stated in the rules as pasted by Henk.

Neutral You've expressed an interest in joining the staff team, as well as your multiple decently high ranks show you're dedicated. Obviously we have the whole blacklist tryout incident but I think you've learnt from mistakes like that.

+1 Can't really give an opinion on recent activity and such because I don't pay much attention to Jedi since I resigned, though before that I always had good interactions and it would be good to have a Jedi staff member to give their opinion on stuff during meetings. Could have done with a little more detail on the questions but the points got through.

+1 Never had a bad experience with Pyro... But once again I'm agreeing with Spagh that some of the scenario questions could have been answered slightly better. Also you seem to come and go a lot, but maybe that's stopped if you've finished what you left to do.

+1/Neutral Personal experiences have you quite high in my opinions. Agreeing with Spagh that the app does feel very rushed, rather brief and informal. You're trying to sell yourself as the best candidate rather than "trying to be better next time"

+1 Looks like he's doing well in a high maintenance spot like EXO States they are developing mutual trust between them and members which is important An example you gave in your situation questions was a bit dodgy, but it's likely just me just being picky.

+1 Good App, I'd argue one of the questions was answered very slightly incorrectly, but that's just me being picky. Null ARC is a very respectable rank and it seems you've realised your mistake with the APA.
