Like others I have not really seen you on the server (However due to the different time zones this may be why). I'd recommend trying to actively communicate more in all aspects (Discord, Ts, In-game etc.) to allow me to get a greater understanding of you as an individual before I +1.

Obviously I do not know the details of what happened in the past but I'm always open to giving someone another chance to prove themselves. However, you seem to have lied about your age along with not really putting in as much effort to the server as I would like to see. Therefore, I think you need to work on your overall activity and reputation within the deathrun community before thinking about returning to a position in its staff team.

I have seen you on server multiple times however haven't really seen much communication from you to really make an impression of you at this stage. I'd recommend being more all-round active (communicating on TS, Discord, In-game etc.).
