    Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: On the 25th of Feburary this year I loaded onto the server and spawned in as 'Mafia' when after a short time on 'Underground' Comms someone was selling an RPG.  After bargaining with this man to lower the cost we eventually struck a deal and I bought it off of him, noticing there was some sort of patrol/event happening on the server I ran up to this patrol and 'Suicide' bombed the vehicle, killing everyone within the blast radius.  I was then brought to a staff sit where I unloaded some dozen bullets on Moderators that were in the OOC area.  Being brought after this to a random location in the country side and left there, I disconnected from the server. 

    Do you think your ban was justified: Certainly, I am not trying to defend my actions, I am simply just asking for a second chance on this server.

    Why should you be unbanned:  I believe I should be unbanned for a few reasons, one being the length since the ban.  The ban was now roughly 6 months ago and in that time I have reached high ranks on other servers within the community.  Reaching the IC rank of High Council and getting both Moderator and Event Planner on SW-RP all after the events of my ban took place, I think it is fair to say I have matured since the ban.

    - First of all your arguement has so many spelling and grammar mistakes in it that it makes it hard to read, I don't know if this may be you not knowing English very well or lack of effort put into your appeal.

    - Second of all, I have had many experiences with you in my time as Staff, one of such was you 'Sexy Dancing' around Main Base, I initially just warned you for it but you insisted to keep going till it lead to me warning you.  Throughout your time on the server you have been notorious for being a minge and not lasting long in any regiment, you clearly do not take this server serious enough to properly play.

    -Finally, you were banned for 'Player Pulling' which is a serious ban and the evidence is all stacked against you, I don't see this being accepted.  Maybe I am wrong and you had changed the final few days before your ban but as of right now I am sticking with my -1.

    High ranking Jedi and makes amazing Holograms/Lectures for Jedi

    While Viatza is a high jedi rank and does incrediably well at entertaining Jedi, he has little to no experience as Clone which is a big part of being EP, I do believe eventually he would get to grips with Clone events but think it would be a lot more beneficial if he got to a high rank in Clone first. 

    If you do get a high rank in Clone this would be a solid +1 but until then I am staying Neutral

    Even though u got the reputation of being the SWRP retard and being just generally toxic, ur time at Jedi just before ur ban was good.  U weren't toxic in VC's, well when i was there anyways, and u were overall doing good in Jedi.  As Ice Cube said, u never speedran these 30 warns, they were acquired from ur long time in the community.  I think overall u deserve at the very least one more chance, who knows u might surprise us.

    Yes, and I think that is only acceptable.

     

    Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

     

    1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

     I would check Logs and if this is infact true, and they have no justifiable reason, I would hand out the correct punishment, that being RDM/MRDM in this case.

    2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

    I would teleport or PM a Battalion member and tell them a Cadet is needing trained, they could then handle it in a more RP respective way. 

    3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

     Accidents happen, I don't believe staff involvement is required in this instance, if it was infact an obvious mistake.

    4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

    ULX powers are definitely not required here, and if used could even be classed as Staff Abuse, it is an In Character mistake therefore should be handled In Character.  The CT is most likely new and just needs reminded of what ranks he must salute to. 

    5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

    This is them trying to find a loophole within the server rules.  I would explain to them, as stated in the server rules document on the forums, that Staff have final say and if the do not agree with this they can speak to a member of SMT or take it to the forums.

    6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

    Again, I would state that Staff have final say in decisions and if they do not agree with my decision they can contact a memeber of SMT or take it to the forums

     

    Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

    I believe I am a good candidate for the SWRP staff team because of my dedication and reliability.  Being in the server for a year I have never taken a long break away from the server and only taken a LOA once, not once letting my activity slip, showing my sheer dedication and reliability when it comes to the server.  After working my way up to High Council in Jedi and getting Major in Doom's Unit, I think this is another great example of my dedication.  I successfully managed to balance both Clone and Jedi before choosing to focus and main Jedi.

     

    Getting to the rank of High Council in Jedi is a great example of my commitment to the server, getting to this rank shows I am trustworthy and respected within the server.  Being 17 years of age, I am a mature individual who hates biased opinions, I would bring a clear perspective to every sit I am part of and always seek the best outcome.  I can maintain calm under pressure and have a friendly nature whilst not being walked over.  I play at different times throughout the day, mainly during peak hours but sometimes I come on early morning and other times I come on late night.  The prior two times are when I do not see a lot of staff on, and this is where I believe I could help benefit the staff team further and help people playing at these times.

    At the end of the day, I enjoy playing this server and only want to further my enjoyment whilst helping others enjoy their time too.  I am a devoted individual and would not disappoint the Staff manager or any other member of SMT if chosen

    Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:

    I deserve to be unbanned for many reasons, one of which is the length of time since the ban.  In this time I have learned all the basic rules of RP servers and have matured alot.  I have also gained a high rank in the Werwolf gaming Starwars RP server (Jedi Master).  After  joining SWRP shortly after my ban on SCP-RP I have never recieved a warning on SWRP, I believe this shows my maturity and change in response to RP servers.
