    Why do I believe that I should be unwarned: 
    Reasons why I think it should be removed is that it is misunderstood.

    think reasons i got that warning was because i was talking to Neko (CG COL Nekocrystar).

    Where this name can be misunderstood as the N-word.

    But it both happened on the same day, so I think it's because of a big misunderstanding

     yes have read the server's rules and will always personally keep myself updated

    CS server (from 2014 to 2016 Head admin) + TS3 + website

    Arma3 RP (from 2016 to 2017 admin) + TS3 

    A Discord server (from 2019 to 2022  Manager) server was for young people who want to learn about politics

    Fivem (2020 to 2022 Admin) about 80 members online every day

    Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

     

    1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: 

     I'll get his name then I'll make sure he's not running around killing people while I check the logs

    2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

     tp over to him and find an NCO through OOC chat. (If there is none I will try CO) 

    If I can't find someone I will do it myself so he can participate in the RP on the server

    3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

     If I can see it's a mistake, I won't do anything because it's an in-game thing and not a staff issue

    4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

     I don't do anything because it's an in-game thing and not a staff matter

    5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

    Telling him just because it's not in the rules doesn't make much difference because it was failrp. If he wants to complain about it, he is of course entitled to do so. (have to see if it is a small or a big thing. because I have to assess whether a verbal or a written warning is the right solution)

    6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: 

    I have to have a good conversation with them that I assess based on the things I heard and saw in their case that they gave me, so if they don't have more info. that I had to close the matter here and they can always complain in our forum or apply to have their warning removed

     

    Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

    As someone who has been part of a staff team before, I believe that I will be able to be considered for the position because of my commitment, experience and the value I can bring to the team.

    Garry's Mod alongside the server community has captured my passion genuinely. Although my playtime on this server is minimal, creating an enjoyable atmosphere for every player remains my ultimate goal; hence my committed dedication invested in the role at hand. 

     

    Prior service as a staff member equipped me solidly for responsibilities like handling disputes between confounding players alongside enforcing server rules 

     

    Having excellent interpersonal communication skills sets vast room for successful interaction across varying written/verbal channels between individual gamers professionally addressing their concerns respectfully whilst positively harmonizing working environments amongst players. Relationship building with teammates and other staff members rank paramount hence my obligation to prioritizing such activities. 

     

    When it comes to achieving solutions amidst conflicting situations, problem-solving abilities come naturally, creatively complementing analytical thinking regardless of the extremity of difficulties faced. 

     

    I pride myself on decision-making guided primarily by fairness and informed decisions leading to successful possible outcomes. 

     

    Collaborative goals give birth to teamwork triggering a robust combination of effort, resulting in achieving established organizational objectives. My belief in collaboration translates into readily offering ideas towards common goals aimed at creating inclusiveness within the team while openly lending support also maintaining positivity at all times making me an excellent candidate for the server

    In summary, my dedication, experience, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, collaborative mindset and professionalism make me a strong candidate for the position.
