    I dont see you  as someone that would make a good Battalion Member due to the fact that you seem to be bit too loos and  immature and the fact from what i have seen you don't take Constructive criticism very well and the fact that you are new in the Staff Officer Rank

    How to Improve your Chances

    Instead of taking criticism as an Attack take it as a  way to improve on the subject criticised upon

    Become more mature and start to show leadership 

    and try to be more strict

     Cons

    From what i can See you have a lot of warns some very recent and some for minor things other Serious.

    1x MRDM 1x ARDM 3xRDM Prop kill Ect.

    You also got Terminated for I quote Constant Insufficient Performance and Insubordination with all those things i don't see a Person fit of being a Member of Battalion from those things

    you have been here for a While however not many High Ranking and did get Terminated on the CPT in 21st 

    Pros

    you have been here for some time

    however some of that Could have changed i just stated what i have seen for this APP 

    i have talked to him About the warns Some of it was a Good while back he did also take Responsibility for some of his Actions

    What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum)first reason I should be picked for Battalion I bring a lot of prior leadership experience to the table as I have been in battalion free times in the past every time making it above the rank of captain I've also spent a bit ovOK er three years in the regiment of clone trooper where I made it to the rank of Commander Where after a period of six months commander in CT dealing with countless situations with restructuring and rebuilding CT from the ground up when I finished my job having a fully fledged hierarchy and command structure I was promoted to the rank of senior commander I spent a lot of time trying to help all the other regiments get back on Back on track and helped advise commanders when they needed help The second reason I should also be picked for battalion is that I've no when to step in and when not to for an example I am not afraid of taking action when action is Required And that has been proven the last three times I have been battalion Third reason I would like to be picked for battalion is that it is currently in a dire need of people to help take some weight off the shoulders off the people that are currently in it as had a lot on their plate for just being five members 

    Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum)Role of battalion is to make sure that the base operations run smoothly and to make sure that the grand army of the Republic is well trained and has a good morale they are also to lead planetary operations and base operations base operations are as followed they are granting and denying takeoff requests post trainings grant and deny troops to use parts of the base for trainings that role is also to lead doing attacks on the Republic base and doing offensive actions their job is to ensure a Republic victory Their jobs are also to help regiments get back on its track if they fail doing special cases of events battalion members could be inserted as ranking officers off the regiment until it's back on track 

    Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why):I have only been demoted once when i fell asleep doing a CT mando i was promoted back on the Same day however

    Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank:Yes i fully understand as i have been in the role sometimes now

    What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: (IN DETAIL)If you are not leading battalion member you are to help your regiment that you are supervising with their equipment you can add them with your arsenal of weapons and your experience on the frontline however if you are ordered by the leading battalion member to supervise or assist a certain regiment you are to Obey them However you are not to take direct control over said regiment how ever you can tell them the Directions 

    What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session: you Must lead A Planetery with a Voice AMP Complete a Debrief and Lead a Sim

    What rank can the Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up to: Captain and below

    What rank and above can use two pieces of Regimental Equipment: Battalion Colonel Can use the EQ of the Regiment that they are ssupervising

    First off Luke is a great guy have done some fuck ups but we are human and bound to make mistakes if you say someone is perfect fit your lieing i can say that was sertionty that you don't have eyes

    Pros 

    decent leader

    a helping hand 

    know's what he is doing

    has experince from the times he has been in battlaion sure mistakes were made but that is how you learn after all 

    Cons

    can be harsh on troppers from time to time though that is not bad more a neutral space
