I was not shooting cadets in the area, in the ban it stated RDM which is not true, even if it were to state ARDM, Its simply not true, You can try to pull up the logs for it and see if I even shot anyone which I did not You are going on what you think. not what the ''Evidence'' is

Your in game name: Galaxy The accused staff member's in game name, Steam profile link or Steam ID: Zeref What they had done (Please give a detailed description as to what happened): I joined, I accidently went into a C3 area which is arrestable, I was not given any warnings and so I made a staff sit to help me out, I requested multiple times to bring me into a private sit area because of how many people were around, He continued to ignore me and I asked for a higher up or SMT to come but none responded, I was banned for RDM which is not true, I never killed anyone, I was warned for homphobia for calling the staff member gay which is obviously not homophobia. I asked to bring me to a private sit area and instead I was just banned without having to explain my side of the story to anyone. I do not have evidence but neither do the staff member banning me for RDM and the rest

I made people have a bad experience back in 2019 and in all honestly I deserved this ban, It taught me a lesson to actually play the game how its supposed to be played and Its much more fun that way. Im currently staff on Icefuse and Ive changed a lot and the staff experience has changed me in a lot of ways. I want a chance to come back this time and roleplay the game on how its supposed to be, I sincerely apologize to all staff members and the community for my actions and behaviour, I feel sorry for the way i made my last appeal back in april, Just by readin the last application i was disgusted on how I could be so careless. Again I'm very sorry to everyone and would like to show that I can do more and contribute to the community. Accept or deny either way i tried for the 50th time. I apologize deeply for every wrong doing that i caused back than. I have changed now overtime and realized that i love these kind of games and that it was stupid and selfish of me to throw all that away, Hopefully you can understand where im coming from and how hard im willing to work to get back to the server

I would like to change my name and start as whole again, I have taken the time to calmy read the rules and understand them, I hope that im able to be forgived for my behaviour back in the day.
