In-Game Name: David Hayes Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:209890907 Forum Name: Kvisten What is the role/task of a Site Director in your own words?: The role/task that the Site Director inherently has is overseeing the current operations within the site that they are located within. This ranges from the security aspects with how well they are doing their jobs such as dealing with d-class breaches, etc to departments like research. It is important for the Site Director to have a complete overview of the current acitvites in the site, and clear communications with for example each department head to have a continous flow of realtime information about what is going on. In that way the Site Director can manage and handle various situations that may have wide effects in the site such as SCP breaches, raids and or other unforseen activities. While the Site Director has authority over the Site, and various departments the purpose is to ensure everything that happens within and between each department is aligned and stable. TL;DR the SD has to oversee and ensure that the Site runs smoothly. Past experience in leadership positions?: I've had quite a few various leadership positions before from combat-oriented to more administrative positions such as SD and O5. This has given me a more wider, and deeper knowledge in leadership.
