If so, what are they?: The Responsibilities of a Event Planner are to make enjoyable events on the server for everyone to enjoy it while also making a good story behind it, while also balancing it out to make it fair for both sides. Event Plan: Create a large scale event plan, this is what we will use for your first training event. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: The first thing I would do I go to the player that made the claim after getting the name of the player that is reported of killing the players I would first check blogs and see if he has been doing it, if he has I would tp him away and let him know that what he is doing is RDM and then warn him for RDM, if there is no logs of him killing people I would spectate him to make sure he actually isn’t doing it. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: If a cadet made a claim I would tell the cadet I am going to find a trainer for the cadet then I would ask in OOC that there is a cadet that needs training and if there is any volunteer’s if there is none I would start bringing people to train the cadet I would also pm a battalion that there is a cadet and they need to send someone 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would do nothing as this is more of an IC issue but if they were to keep doing it I would warn them but if it is just an accident they do happen and if they are having trouble with safetying their weapon I would show them how to do it that way nothing like this happens again 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I would do nothing as this is completely an IC issue and should be handled IC 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would TP them away from anyone and let them know what they did was FailRP and even though it isn’t in the server rules it says to use common sense and to understand that what he did was FailRP and depending on how bad it was I would either verbally warn or actually warn him. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however, they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: If the person I brought into the sit did not agree with the punishment I would call upon another staff more likely higher staff rank to give their thoughts and if they believe the punishment is valid I would then refer the person receiving the punishment to W-G forums and tell them to make a un warn request if they believe that they was wrongfully warned. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe that I would make a great addition to the staff team as I currently have some experience with ULX so I know most if not all commands on the server to help players I am also quite friendly and willing to help out people with any issue’s they have even though I have not been in this community that long I think I have been here long enough to have learned the rules and know how to enforce them properly and have learned to not be biased toward’s anyone that I am currently dealing with, I am also quite active during the day and during the night sometimes staying on the server till 11 PM my time helping anyone that is in need, I am also quite serious and as my time in EP I have learned how to deal with situations such as LTARP, LTAP, and MRDM I believe that knowing how to deal with these situations helps me as I am also a quick learner to learn to situations that I have not yet had to deal with as an EP. I have also shown to be trusted showing my IC rank and OOC rank, I also have a good amount of experience on the server with my IC rank I also believe that I am quite mature enough to handle situations if people are disagreeing with me or even calling me names during sits. Overall I think if you chose me I would excel in staff I also believe that I am trustworthy enough to be considered an applicant for the position of staff.

+1 Very strong application, Is a very cable leader I have seen him lead and he knows how to do it. also a friendly guy and extremely dedicated to stuff he wants.
