Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: Firstly I would ask for the name of the player or the location where he currently is. I would check the logs on how many people the player has killed and then I will decide if its needed to bring him or not. If its not needed to bring him I would ask for a clip or any evidence of him RDM'ing someone and if there is no evidence I would close the sit. If I have to bring him I would freeze him to make him not being able to damage the experience on the server anymore. Then I would ask him why he killed the players and if he gives me a mingy answer (If he is just trolling) I would give him the punishment for RDM. If he tells me good IC reasons I would ask for a clip and punish him accordingly to the evidence shown on the clip. If there is no clip and no more sit against the player I would close the sit. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would tp to him and ask him how long he has waited to be trained. Then I would ask him if he has used /advert I need a trainer to make people know that he needs a trainer. If he hasn't done this so far I will tell him to do so and wait a bit more. If he did this and still didn't get a trainer I would make an OOC announcement that someone needs to train him. If no one wants to train him I would simply bring any NCO who has nothing to do right now. 3 ) During a patrol, an Enlisted Trooper accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: As I don't know that the player is trying to safe his weapon I would firstly ask him why he shot someone. If he says that he tried to safe his weapon and didn't do it on purpose I would simply bring the damaged player back to the position where he died and offer him a refund. If he didn't die I would just heal him and close the sit. 4 ) You are a Lieutenant or higher rank, an Enlisted Trooper doesn't salute you: This is a thing that is to handeled IC and my role as a staff member does not count. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would still punish him since not everything has to be stated in the rules and every action commited in RP has to make sense RP-wise. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would make him know about that he can make a staff report on the forums and end the sit. If he still keeps arguing in OOC chat or something I would kick him for causing drama. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I tried to become a staff member many times on the former NRP server but I didn't get accepted. I would like to know how it is to become a staff member and I would also take this role very serious. Being a staff member and being able to help people would make me very happy. I played the beta and helped building my regiment up since we didn't have that much players. I gained experience on how the server works and I tried my best helping new players and having fun with them. I would never abuse my staff powers in any way and I will try to make everyone have fun on the server when I act as staff member. If I don't have to ban someone I would try to find other ways to inform a player about the rules. I will not make the server loosing players if its not really needed. If I become a staff member I will show everyone that it was the right choice to give me the chance to prove myself. I am a very active player and I want to use my activity on the server to help other players.Becoming a staff member would give me the chance to change something and to help making the server better. It is important to keep the server running at all times and a staff members main objective is to ensure the servers safety. Of course staff members are also to help new players and make the server attractive to them but this is a secondary assignment Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? After that I would check the logs if a deatchmatch has happened. If a deathmatch happened I would bring the player and asked him for the reason of the deathmatch. If he killed just one person I would ask for a clip or any kind of proof so a warning would occur. You can see in the logs if he is just running around, randomly shooting others. If I don't have proof I would let him go but maybe spectate him a bit. If there is proof I would check his warnings and warn him (if he hasn't been warned before) or ban him (if he has been warned before). 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would ask in the OOC chat if someone is willing to train the cadet, if no one volunteeres I would bring any ''Drill-NCO'' or just the lowest ranking if he is not occupied. 3 ) During a patrol, an Enlisted Trooper accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would tell him to be more careful. I would issue a warning where I would mark that he didn't use common sense. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: If they argue I would firstly listen and try to talk normally with them. I would explain why I issued those punishments and I would try to make him aware of that he can contact SMT about that or just create a unwarn request in the forums. I know how to use common sense and I am able to punish every player based on the rules. I would never prefer a player just because he is maybe my friend. I am not powerhungry which means that I will try to avoid banning active players of the community for lower breaching of the server rules. However if they don't learn warns and bans will be issued. I love playing Star Wars RP and I look forward to achieve a high rank and much experience as a member of the imperial forces. I would never abuse/missuse my powers as a staff member. I will keep playing RP at all costs and I will try to keep the server safe from minges. I will do my best to make people enjoy playing on the server. If I would've broken a rule it is not about instantly banning ppl with a low playtime, its about telling them what they did wrong. I did what the other Wookies did and I would have stopped if some told would have told us to. Just trying to push up your ban/warn-K/D doesen't make you a good admin, wanted..... Evidence:
