I dont see how just clicking my mouse a few times should be bannable. It affect rp in any way shape or form since nobody was even looking at me and by taking it to a sit for it only hurts the ongoing rp. If i had broken out it would have been a different story but i didnt even come a 5th of the way to breaking out. There are so many minges playing on this server that are activley trying to make rp worse but i click with my mouse for like 10 seconds and i get banned for it? 

And also in the rules it says:

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: So what happened was. I was driving and i see a ton of people in handcuffs at MB so i go to check it out. Then i see a few soldiers and an NSDAP guy at the door in MB so i walk to the door and stand in the doorframe for like 2-3 seconds and get detained which is valid . A while later im just sitting there in mb with shackles on and just waiting for them to bring me to opro or whatever ad just being bored in general so i start breaking out of the cuffs. I didnt actually try to get out of the cuffs and the bar that shows you progress moved like barley a 5th of its way and nobody told me to stop it or did anything at all and then all of a sudden im on an admin roof and ehler tells me that im gonna be getting banned for a week for NITRP because apparently i was being arrested on purpose (which i wasnt i was in the doorway for like a few seconds) and i jumped a few times and tried to get away when they shackled me before they gunpointed me so i followed their orders. Then it gets dropped down to fearrp because i told him that i was not being arrested on purpose and it was like the stupidest thing to ban someone for a week for and i got banned for fearrp. 

Do you think your ban was justified: No. because i never actually broke out of the cuffs, nobody told me to stop breaking out. As the rules state "Follow all demands in life threatening situations like when you are under gunpoint" I was never under gunpoint or even told to stop breaking out and i didnt break out i just clicked with my mouse for like a solid 5 seconds with shackles. It didnt affect rp, it didnt hurt anyone it did litteraly nothing becuse it is a bar on a screen that moved a few pixels. I have been playing on this sever for 2-3 years and i have never seen something as riddiculus as this is my entire time on the server. Even if i have been a bit unserious at times just trying to have some lighthearted time on gmod i have never done anything to purposley ruin rp. Ive seen people get away for so much worse shit, just a few minutes before this i was raiding farm with my pal and ehler had accepted the raid and was watching but all of a sudden a bunch of people show up and shoot at me and my friend and my friend dies but i kill them and a few seconds after that i get VDMed and ehler sees it but since they had hit another car that hit and killed me you couldnt see the logs but ehler saw that and didnt even try to check their names when he sees someone purposley breaking server rules and runing rp but he sees the bar on my handcuffs move by a few milimeters and i get banned for it. Can anyone else see how thats kind of ridiculus. I have nothing against ehler or the person who reported me but this situation is just stupid.

Why should you be unwarned: because the whole situation is just riddiculus and nothing or nobody got hurt by it. Im pretty sure the only person to even see me "breaking out of cuffs" was ehler.

Type of suggestion: Money making method.

How important is your suggestion on a scale from 1 to 10: 7.8

Your suggestion: Add a passive way of earning money where you don't have to be at your base constantly to produce cash. I.e money printers of some form.
 

Reason for this suggestion: Currently you have like 3 good ways to make money (farmning, cocaine and moonshine) and all of those need your constant attention to earn good money with. If we have a system like money printers where you can just buy then from the f4 menu and do whatever you want while still earning a bit of cash then I think more people would be drawn to playing as mafia and resistance which is not bad.

Additional information: One bad thing would be the realism of the printers but I think that there are some printer mods that are not just glowing boxes that make money.

Explain what Omega-1 is and it’s purpose.

MTF Omega-1 "Law's left hand" is a mobile task force that is tasked with helping the Ethics committee keep the site ethical. They are under the direct command of the ECM. They are the equivlent to MTF Alpha-1 "Red right hand" who are tasked to work under the orders of the O5 council. The Omega-1 MTF will do their best to detain and punish execute if needed any site administration the ECM seems unethical. When there is no ECM on site they are under the command of the O1 Commander and the O5/SD. They are a very important part of the foundation to keep the site ethical and peaceful. They are 100% loyal to the ECM and are willing to give their lives to protect him.

What would you do if there’s no Ethics Committee Member on-site?

If there is no Ethics Committee on the site they will act under the command of the O5 council and the Site director. They will still try to keep the site ethical and peaceful. If there's not ethics committee on site they should still try to keep ethical.

An O5 member is ordering you to detain an ECM while the ECM is ordering you to stand down. Who do you listen to and why?

I would stand down since my loyalty is 100% in the ECM unless the ECM is very clearly wrong in that case and now I mean very very extremely wrong.

Why do you believe we should accept you into Omega-1?

You should accept me into the Mobile Task Force Omega-1 "Law's left hand" because I am a very loyal and good combatant. I am determined to help the ECM to keep the site ethical and peaceful. I am good at fighting and I am usually good at judging when its necessary to kill someone. If someone is breaking rules and being unethical I will not kill them unless they are attacking me. I would use my taser for every situation someone is resisting arrest. I am very loyal and I have good judgement so I think that is why I should be accepted into Omega-1.

Alpha-1 units are preventing a lawful arrest of an O5 council member and are shooting upon you while ordering you to stand down. What do you do and why?

I would try to not initiate combat and try to convince the A-1 units to let us arrest the O5 council member. If they continue to fire upon us I will not hesitate to open fire to protect us and the ethics of the site. If we have to kill most of those A-1 units and try to detain the rest. We have tasers so we can probably easily keep casualties to a minimum. If we successfully arrest a few A-1 units we will give them the same punishment as the O5 got if not even worse due to them resisting a lawful arrest.

okay so i do a little pac 3 from time to time and recently i did a pac3 model where i replaced my foot with eli's leg from half life 2. So how i did this was i took elis playermodel and made it very small then just made the foot big and put the playermodel i was going to use over it (scprp field agent model) For everyone the field agent model does not show up but it does for me. Can i have corrupt files or something. I have 2 different versions of that exact model and they dont appear for anyone. Help please. I provided an image of how it look for me and how it looks for other players

Your suggestion: Add more pistols to the gun dealer NPC. I have a few in mind that i'd like to see have the same use as the luger (a VIP+ weapon that really any job can get).  The pistols I think should be added to the store and their pricing is the mauser C96. I think it should be priced at 12k. The reasons this gun would be good is because it is in the pack used for guns right now, it's balanced and versatile and it would add a little bit more spice to PVP. Another one that should be added is the M1917 revolver. This gun would cost 8k and be a bit on the cheaper side. It would be a cheap gun that's used commonly by civilians. This low pricing wouldn't make it overpowerd because the gun is quite bad at the moment and of cource all guns are illegal so you will probably lose them quite often. Now the last one i'd like to see added is the Welrod MK2A. It's pistol with a built in silcencer. It has pretty low damage and slow firing speed because it has a bolt you need to use whenever you want to fire it. The pricing should be the same as the M1917 because it's a pretty weak gun at the expense of stealth. It could easily be used for self defence.

Reasons for this suggestion: I generally feel civilians should use pistols more and mafia/resistance should also have reason to buy normal pistols. All these pistols are already in the CW 2.0 ATOW mod which this server uses. It would not be a lot of effort by staff but it'd be worth the tiny effort.

Your suggestion: Make the train tracks completley flat with an invisible world prop of some form since cars get stuck  SUPER easily on the tracks. I deem it a big problem.

Your suggestion: Make so you can freeze the props used for farming with psygun (Seeds, Soil bags, Crates etc.).

Reasons for this suggestion: Due to how the mod works usually just using gravity gun to put seeds in not frozen props makes them fly everywhere and you cant really even walk near them without creating chaos.

Additional information: I think this is more important than it seems. We need more german resistance, german citizens and mafia players in my opinion because they are what jobs like orpo get most of their RP from. They are vital to the server and having many ways to earn money as these jobs makes more of an incentive to play them. The fact that farming is so annoying to do because of this is probably a reason not that many people play this job and i feel like it's a small change thats important.

I was in a discord call with him the entire time and I think the administrator was unfair. He didn't ask for his side of the story. The admin basically just brought him to a roof, warned him and banned him. I think it was unfair and the situation wasn't that serious. And should've not resulted in a ban of any shape or form. He is my friend and he is new to garry's mod and has a pretty hard time learning rules but he's starting to get the hang of it. Anyways I think he should be unbanned because of the circumstances.
