I'm very much aware this is a CAT issue, I just wanted to make a forum post to reveal that I've genuinely done nothing.

How long were you banned for: Permanent Name of the staff member who banned you: CAT member Barry Why do I believe that I should be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned due to the simple reason of me never doing anything... I simply joined a server which was owned by previous players of Werwolf Gaming. I made a joke, a simple screenshot, I then get banned. I tried to reason with Barry but I wasn't getting through to him about this said ban. It's especially strange given the fact that players who genuinely had involvement into the server, staff, high ranks etc. Got unbanned. So why does a plat VIP who only said a small joke during a ban wave gets banned without reason and is then not unbanned. As stated in the evidence, I'm not bound to a contract whenever I log onto this server which prevents me from joining other servers, which is stated by the person who banned me. Plus I'm pretty surprised that a small joke can warrant a permanent ban. Evidence: Image above is taken from the said server in which a few members of WG got banned. As you can see the CAT member wasn't entirely happy with the message I sent. As I also say from above, it wasn't as if I was peaking into anything private, as you all know the teamspeak is public and you can obviously see these two speaking in an office which is visible to everyone. Simply screenshotting without context (in which I had none obviously) and making a joke in this said server warrants a ban? This image also gives me innocence's as I'm a plat VIP and I have no influence on this server meaning this response from Barry towards the comment proves furthermore my innocence. To add to all this I never player pulled and I've not been shown any screenshots of me doing so. I was never there to bring people into the server. I wasn't even player pulled myself I simply joined the discord. Surely you can all see that this makes no sense. (If you ask for any more context you can receive it but it wont be anymore than these two screenshots as that was the only way I could speak to Barry once I was banned. Plus the fact that the first screenshot was the only time he addressed my ban.)

Nah what. This isn't handled well, your logs have literally exposed this as not DTP the only DTP is the 'retard' and yeah for some of the shit that people get away with, it's extremely tame I've seen CT's say worse and get away with it. In my opinion, which you will humbly not listen too, this is way to tame as he's saying something tame and idrc about how much you flex the DTP rules to get what you want this isn't exactly fair. I've said worse and no one has even took me too a sit it's just not fair.

I was never involved in the situation between Geovani and Panzer yet was dragged into it, even admitted by the person in question who dealt with us in character that I had nothing to do with it. And according to people involved in dealing with them two I was only mentioned once by Mel in regards to RDM and never again. I was then promptly dragged in with the situation between Geovani and Panzer where I had no chance to defend my self because; A: There was no sit Mel simply noclipped out of our bunks and never elaborated on any situation and B: This warn was made just before a map swap meaning I had no chance to even ask in OOC about the warn, I acknowledge that I could've went on TS to ask about the situation but I was too annoyed and according to Panzer, Panzer talked to Mel and Mel didn't say a word about the warn. Now, there was a log of me shooting Geovani and this is a fact but. This was an AI event meaning the only damage shown in logs is friendly fire meaning out of the context that I'm about to give you, Soljay in that logic should've been warned as he accidently fired a rocket killing multiple people. Now the context, we where pushing into the BB where there is multiple enemies littered around the area, I was sitting in the doorway jiggle peaking one of the AI to reduce the amount of damage given to me when Geo pushes through into my sight where I promptly shoot and accidently kill Geo due me jiggle peaking and shooting on my peek. After I killed Geo I promptly messaged him laughing and saying sorry for me shooting, Geo knew it was by accident and can back me for this. That's the entire situation, I was dragged into a situation that wasn't to do with me and was warned without any context and had no chance to give my side of the story - Just to add to how oblivious I was to this situation when 41st where IC called into our bunks I believed I was in the belief that I was being promoted lmao.

I literally did nothing, I shot fucking no one intentionally; but I do acknowledge shooting Geovani. It was during a push into an area I cant quite remember in which I tried to kill either Mel or Rex when they where the mando PME character then Geo accidently caught a timing of walking Infront of me whilst I shot my sniper. The in character report shouldn't have even included me due to the fact that I never opened fire. I'm still perplexed as to why I was warned. I'm not trying to start any forum drama either I just want an explanation as to why I was even involved in the warn and the in character punishment.
