You're a long-time member of the community. People may  have their personal opinion about you, but it's up to them to show a certain level of maturity and set their "bias" aside in the name of the greater good and health of the server. Competency and quality is what matters, not what happened in the past. The server needs competent/motivated staff members that do not shy away from sits and are willing to do their job in a dedicated manner
 
You've also got  11 warnings, which naturally, with SMT permission can still be posted. However, may I remind people that a certain former Superadmin had 18+ warnings prior before applying. Warnings are evidence of a past and certain circumstances. We know Mainz was a criminal RP'er mainly. Let's be honost, criminals are often all too stuck in the heat of the moment and act merely on instinct which results in certain disadvantages.
 
May I remind everyone that has a voice in the matter to consider your opinion carefully, set aside your bias and think of the bigger picture rather than personal grudges. The current staff team also counts several regimental hoppers. Lucas Mainz has dedicated years of his life to the server and remained continious activity. Which is a clear example of his loyalty and to W-G. Therefore :

Hello, so to begin with i misbehaved and acted unprofessional in the situation earlier. I could not control my emotions when again and again when we told you not to take the pictures but that is another story, I will accept the punishment no matter because i know that i did was wrong and i do not want you to be scarred of me if i was to take you're staff sit but I will apologize for my outburst

Explain the situation of your warning from your point of view in detail: Ok so i was playing as SSTV and men and the untersturmführer and the ss man see this man begin arrested by orpo outside RS because we wanted prisoners for our camp then this man did not respond to our questions so i hit him with knuckle brass.
Do you think your warning was justified: Yes and no but tbh he did not answer when we asked him.
Why should you be unwarned: Because i have played on the server for 2weeks and not a singel warn or ban have i ever had.
Any kind of evidence: No sorry.
Additional information: Well i will accept if it will be denied just i dont know how these warn work or how bad it will look like because i dont want to get perm banned.
