A battalions roles and responsibilities differ on the situation on base a Battalions role is a overseer in this role the Battalion who is OD(Operations Officer) at that time must make sure that the base is running smoothly and how it normally should function one of the tasks is to grant or deny things like: Trainings, patrols etc. On the other hand a Battalions job when they are the Operations officer during a mission/operation and they need to tell regiments what to do. This doesn't mean take charge of them directly but relay the orders to the commanding officers of said regiment. Also making sure the battleplan is being executed and nobody is confused about what is currently going on or questioning orders.

You should pick me since I am a mature 21 year old who knows when to have fun at the right situation. I have left the days behind of minging, being toxic and also not knowing how to act maturely. I plan on taking this job seriously since it is a big responsibility to control that many people. I know how to react to criticism and also to have a strong voice to keep people under my wing if necessary I also keep my cool it would be hard for someone to piss me off to the point where I loose my cool. I have seen numerous Battalion through out the years I have been on WG. I have been on servers outside WG as well and been in leadership positions like: Commander, Republic Navy, Admiral, CT Instructor etc. I have been around the block as you can say. There isn't much I haven't seen or heard that has to do with SWRP. For Battalion you also need to be very dedicated, respectable, disciplined and also liked and not power-hungry. I always try my best to do my job and am willing to listen to criticism and learn from it to become the best leader out there. This however doesn't mean I am perfect but i am very good at what I do.

Why do I believe that I should be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned because I have matured. I got banned more than a year now and it was a stupid thing I did. I have quit gmod for a while as well and I was to re-join the server and just be part of the community. I do not wish to get staff, Event planner or something else. I just wish to have a fun time to just chill after work. You can keep a eye on me if you so wish. I have nothing to hide. I was 19/20 at the time and thought I was smarter than I actually was. I wanna be unbanned due to me wanting to be part of the community, I know i made alot of mistakes I have changed and grown up my ban was given a year ago right after I left 6 months before that. Like i said i have changed i've done allot of thinking and  allot of growing. I took a long break not from just Gmod but from Video games in general, I went to therapy for  personal reasons.  So first off I know I do not have the best reputation in the community but i wouldn't apply if i didn't think I have improved. This does not mean I have improved enough. I believe that someone can not stop improving . But enough about that. I also believe I should be Battalion since I have been on the server  around for a lot of years. I have seen  a lot of people getting into Battalion and getting high command high council etc. I know the ins and outs of battalion and I am not powerhungry,  I don’t care what rank I am honestly I just wanna try out Battalion see what it’s like. I have been Fleet before on other servers but Werwolfgaming has its own kind of Fleet version.  I would love to be able to see how that goes I have also asked around a little bit. I asked a couple of people if I have improved the people I did ask they said I have improved. I thanked them for answering thruthfully I always try to be as honest as I can I make decisions based on facts and not emotion I don’t hold grudges because someone doesn’t like me

 Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum)

The role of a Battalion is more of a management role when it is Defcon  5 is that they make sure that everything on the base is operational and going properly. They are tasked with Granting and Denying: Trainings, Taking off/landing etc. When they are leading whether that be a Base Attack or a planetary they should order around regiments and giving them the roles they are suppose to have, without any bias towards any of the regiments. Whether that be RC, 501^st, 212^th etc no biased should be done as a Battalion. When they  are not leading they have a support role for the regiments that they supervise.

 Yes i have been demoted a couple of times but my worst one was probably when I was in 212th and blew up a wookie i got demoted for it and learned my lesson from it

1 Basic Training
2 Lead a Base Attack succesfully

 A Battalion Brigadier Can promote/demote up to Captain he can also punish other Battalion below his rank

What rank and above can use two pieces of Regimental Equipment:

-1 If you had multiple run ins with staff you probably have been banned for continuous breaking discord rules and the discord staff got tired of muting you as multiple warnings and they probably banned you with the reason: giving you multiple warnings didn't help and didn't see you improve and as a result banned you

Why do I believe that I should be unwarned: I believe i should be unwarned because it has been atleast over 1 year. I have changed and matured since then i've had people who hated my guts back then. They are my friends now, i've changed so much since then i think i've proven myself to know how to behave since my last warn. Most more then a year ago and i also have warns that i wouldn't be able to get nowadays since it isnt in the server anymore. I know im not there yet to have a good reputation on the server but like i said. I have improved massively from where i came from I think this would show me that i have improved from my beginnings
