While yes the video you sent does indeed show your screen lagging for a second and then you being outside of the car, so yes you were innocent in that part. I still find it quite childish to go to the admin's DMs and complain about it, after he warned you and banned you.

It is not like he can do anything about it anymore after that point, that decision is up to SMT+ not him.
Furthermore the evidence you posted was uploaded several hours after the original sit. If had you just told him "I have video evidence, I will give it to you if you can wait a bit", we wouldn't most likely be here.

Really like this idea, as it wouldn't really change much for people (since you can still see how much damage you are doing to people)

Only downside is that you wouldn't be able to tell how much hp someone acually has.

Almost had a similiar experience today with a new 41st who I cuffed because he followed me into a secluded area, luckly I managed to explain to him what was happening and he understood.

So yeah will take the benefit of the doubt that you really didn't know how scavs worked and were just confused. (Still you should read the rules as Neru said, so you know)

I don't have any issues with the current way battalion can promote or demote and if you ask me I think that it is still quite generous, that a Battalion Colonel can promote or demote anyone to the rank of SGTM and below (promotion only if they are off cooldown).

Giving lower battalion members the ability to not only promote but demote people of even the NCO branch is generally a bad idea, but an even worse idea is giving them the ability to ignore cooldowns when doing this. Being battalion once and also experiencing some rather iteresting behaviours from some old battalion members. I am glad they can only demote CT TRP.

Generally a bad idea. The only reason why Battalion has the ability to promote or demote is for very rare situations, which don't happen often.

Even better if the theter just wasn't there, as it is just annoying in situations where you accidently flew too close to a repair station and it janked you towards it, while flying higher speeds.

Really like this idea, as the possibilities would be pretty much endless and it would make builds look natural and just slapped togethered.

Even a bigger plus is the small file size 1,7 MB, which isn't much considering what this addon would allow us to do.

Yes I do understand them. The main responsibilities of an Event planner is to prepare and execute enjoyable events for both the Clones and Event Characters. He is also there to navigate and further the Roleplay of the server with his normal events and mini-events. With mini-events being more focused on overall PassiveRP rather than CombatRP like normal events.

Agree with making the rules regarding tusken interactions more clearer, as from my experience even some staff members aren't really sure how it works for tuskens.

Have a prone addon and I can tell you that is very annoying if you accidently press CTRL a little bit too fast, since then you need to get back up which locks you in place.

Did some digging through old discord messages and you were apperantly banned by puggo. Didn't find for what though, the closes I got was Tyty mentioning a ban with the reasons around the time you got banned and people takled about in general, but it wasn't with your SteamID.

I mean it has been almost 2 year according to the messages, so I do believe that you most likely changed in that time, but since you don't know the reason for you ban and it was (most likely) puggo who banned you I am not exactly conviced yet. May change it when the reason for you ban is shown.

Probably even better than nerfing the overall slow effect, but I also agree with Henk that the T-7 Ion cannon should retain its slowdown effect, since only ECs can use this at the discretion of the EP and the fire rate for it is very slow.

Any additional information:

The reason for this is that if you get hit by all of the electrical pellets from the EMP rifle, the slowdown effect will last for more than a full minute (tested this with Uber) and the slowdown effect also persists through the first respawn (not sure how long the duration for the respawn slowdown is but it is definitely more than 15 seconds), forcing you to be slayed to get rid of it.

So my idea is to make each electrical pellet give you 2–3 seconds (which could stack up to 10/15 sec of slowdown per one perfect shot) of slowdown effect and to fix the issue of it persisting through the first respawn.

What you are suggesting is to basically to allow FailRP, because you as a CT wouldn't know IC how to fly a god damn LAAT let alone try to do so as a clone (since soldiers don't fucking do that and argument "he can go AWOL" is just stupid in this instance).

I rather avoid giving people like you any sort of protection from minging as I don't need to see you crash a LAAT into debrief.

Now I highly doubt that this story is fully true (not saying it is complety false), you don't get warned for DTS just by saying "you smell" to an admin you probably said something much worse to get warned for DTs. The part with the sitting on heads is FailRP btw you can't sit or let other people sit on your head.

Using GH without permission isn't an OOC offence like the DTS or sitting on heads but rather a IC offence, which is classified under "using equipment without permission" for which you get put in brig. So that doesn't help at all.

Also I am not sure what you are trying to prove by a screeshoot of the server list, and what does "over half these ppl are afk btw" prove?
