The thing is, if he is constantly abusing his powers he will just get demoted from the staff team, but the application looks good and he put a lot of effort into it, if he gets accepted they will watch out that he is not abusing, if he is, he is gone from staff. Let me just quickly say something. Only because he was „bad“ in his staff duties that does not mean that he is going to be the same here. He applied for staff, that means that he is going to volunteer to put a lot of effort in his position, the evidence is the staff application, he took his time to write it and he did it very well. And just by the way, you do know that this is a staff application and not a event planner application, so saying that he was a bad event planner is literally the worst reason to -1 this.

Alright, let me comment your application. On my first time I read through it, I noticed that you rushed the application a bit which is sad, because if you would have taken a bit more time writing and edditing it, the application would be more organized. But this is not the yellow of the egg, the important part are the questions and in that part I noticed some small mistakes: The first mistake is here, in my opinion you should not warn someone for FailRP if they clearly show no intention to RP, you would most likely give him a NITRP Tier I/II warn and ban. If you already told him to stop and he continues with spamming props, you should not just give him a warn for prop spamming, again, you told him to stop and he continues it, that means he breakes the rules and your orderes intentionally, in that scenario you should give him a warn and a ban, perhaps a perma ban depending on the ammound of props. When I read through the rest of the application, you're answers seem to be fine. Let me sum everything up; -Your application is a bit rushed -You have some small mistakes -You have HLRP staff experience -I think you would dedicate yourself to the duties of a staff member I will give you a +1 / Neutral Good luck!

+1 I know Frey for a long time now and I think he would be perfect for the HL RP staff team, but that isn´t hte only reason why I am giving you a +1, the second reason is that your staff application is very detailed and you answered the questions correct. Good luck!
