Is it possible that you shot at an earlier time @MidSizesword048? Also the video does not show anything besides them being dicks about how you speak and that some Wehrmacht was acting retarded. Do you have more video evidence, for example the actual rulebreak you were banned for?

Corrupt RP is allowed to some degree (such as helping the mafia), fucking about on your own and doing crime + killing an Unteroffizier however, as shown in Papens screenshot, does not make sense to me.  It would be interesting to know if there was a raid on the MB, if not that would be a violation of the rules as well (as the Wehrmacht was inside the MB).

To me the kidnapping is covered by the quoted rule as you did not initiate the kidnapp and just helped, if you comited crimes alone it would have been something different.

You have written a decent Staff Application, and I think, even if I did not have many interactions with you, that you will be able to learn everything Staff needs to know during a trial week. My only concern is a possible lack of activity mentioned by Vogel, apart from this +1.

I think it makes sense as the "normal" resistance leader already has the ability, so +1 for SJBO Operative Leadership, the Iron Front Chairman and Consortium Vogt. The deputies having the ability can be discussed but in my opinion Voivode and General Secretary should have the ability too as they are they are second in command, just like all RSHA/FG COs have the ability. 

I banned you and will explain to you what made me do so:
There was a same case about two hours before I banned you, a person lockpicked into the MOI without a raid so I banned him and locked the entrances (right, left and main courtyard as well as the SD wing). When I checked the logs again I saw that someone else had lockpicked (apart from the person I already banned) so I looked into it. I teleported to you and asked you what you lockpicked, to which you answered nothing, later you said a car. I nocliped to the MOI and found the SD wing as well as a courtyard door open. To make sure no one else opened/lockpicked it I checked the logs again and found that you were the only person that lockpicked anything since I banned the other person that did the same thing. You also lockpicked multiple things, not just a car, this is why I added the lying to staff warning.
I hope this helps you to understand my reasons to ban you.

As you can see in the screenshot you were the only person lockpicking after the other person was banned + you lockpicked multiple doors. 

At the moment I do not think you are fit to join the staff team, parts of your application are written poorly, the rest is average at best. I suggest you to rethink, wether you are ready for Staff or not. In this time you can get known a little more within the NRP community, outside of the Wehrmacht.

You were banned for DTS, admitting to NITRP and FailRP, this happened about five months ago so I think you deserve a second chance

The last warning you received was in November 2020 (also your 30th warn) so I assume you were permanently banned for reaching the maximum warnings (30).

As Baron said, you can reapply in "a couple of weeks", I´d say 1-2 Months but I am sure Baron will comment on this thread too.

You were banned for ERP (EroticRolePlay). Your previous unban request was denied and you were told to reapply in a couple of weeks, it has been 14 days since. In my opinion you should wait a little longer.

You could have mentioned civilian life within Germany/Berlin and the general morale instead of just mentioning important battles.

As far as I can tell you were banned for NITRP Tier II. The ban was like a year ago I think you should be given a second chance.

you were running away from the OrPo and eventually logged out while they were still chasing you. To confirm that you did not crash I checked the logs and saw that you disconnected by user (logged out). This is why I issued the ban. Due to it being your second ban you got an additional 12 hours on top of the two days.

Not too long, usually from 24h to a few days, given that most of the time only one person processes the unban appeals. But as the system is outdated you should get unbanned or at least have your ban reduced to the appropriate time.
